Banchan: This is Asian-American fusion at its best that’s crafted by master chefs. A menu favorite that’s a must-have are the carnita bao buns. Smokey and sweet pulled pork is pan seared and wrapped inside warm and fluffy steamed Chinese buns. 

Hearth and Hill: Explore a new take on contemporary American cuisine that’s locally driven. Start your meal by sharing truffle mac and cheese made with creamy gruyère and bacon and end with Chilean salmon with winter greens, celery root purée, and pomegranate vinaigrette . 

Sammy’s Bistro: Featured on Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives, Sammy’s is known for flavor and locally-brewed beer. Don’t miss out on their savory chicken bowl with poblano peppers, onions, curry, and Asian spices or their ultimate bacon cheeseburger. There are also lots of vegan and vegetarian dishes that won’t disappoint.

The Brick Restaurant & Bar: Dive into savory seasonal snacks, intoxicating beverages, and enticing eats. Be sure to order their jalapeno corn bread with homemade honey butter or their bison osso buco with creamy polenta and charred broccolini. 

Squatters Roadhouse Grill: Many Park City restaurants are family-friendly with terrific kid’s menus. Squatters is one of our favorites, with options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Grown-ups can find the best beer in Utah—and a wealth of choices. Plus, let’s not forget the eats like their legendary buffalo wings with blue cheese and celery, blackened tilapia salad, fresh baked pizzas, and sumptuous burgers and sandwiches.
