WOW!! Best home ever! We rent annually at different ski mountains and this year we hit the Jackpot!! TRUE ski in/ski out (finally).. The home is large, well decorated, organized and cozy. The folks at Park City Lodging were extremely responsive and the daily cleaning crew thorough and approachable. The garage space, the first floor benches, changing area, storage and apparel hooks were a bonus, as were the main floor boot warmers, coat/ski hooks, gear cubbies. Not to mention the garbage compactor, separate ice maker, plenty of wood for the fireplaces, steam showers, ...... too much more to write about. FABULOUS home!!

We stayed at 817 Park Avenue for a long weekend. Everything about the home was spectacular. Every last detail was attended to. The beds were exceptionally comfortable. Everything is right outside the front door. The reservation service picked answered all calls immediately for a few questions we had. This was a great property that I would love to stay at again. I would feel comfortable renting any of Park City Lodging’s properties given their excellent customer service.

This home is just gorgeous and very spacious. Well equipped in the kitchen and the ski cubicles were well designed. The only thing lacking was snow but the house was perfect. Would highly recommend!

The house was perfectly located for skiing Park City. Literally across the street. Ski stores and rentals right there. One block off the northern part of Main Street. Could not have been better.

Could not imagine a better location in town. It is essentially ski in ski out. The town lift is directly across the street. High West Distillery & Saloon (the nation's only ski-in distillery) was right next door. They were serving hot cider outside and delicious food and drink inside. Everything else is walkable. No need for a car. But if you had one like we did, there is garage parking for 2 vehicles in the unit. The house was setup perfectly. Would comfortably sleep 2 families. Very nice amenities. And the property management team could not be more accommodating. I could not say enough nice things about the property management team led by Tia and Katie. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This is a great house with a perfect location across from the town lift. Hot tub was amazing for apres ski and the steam shower was a nice surprise. It is decorated beautifully and the kitchen is well equipped. We got great recommendations for dinner and lunch from the concierge across the street. We spent 3 nights but would have loved to spend a week!

We traveled to Park City with 10 friends for our college teammates wedding and could not have been happier with this rental. Trudy and the team were incredibly helpful allowing us to check in early and stay later to accommodate our flights. The house is the perfect location - walkable to coffee shops, restaurants and hiking trails. Definitely recommend to others!!
