This completely remodeled and professionally designed home boasts an ideal location, just two short blocks away from Historic Main Street. It also provides convenient access to the complimentary town shuttle and is within easy walking distance for many to the Quit ‘N Time Run at Park City Mountain Resort. With 2,900 square feet of luxurious living space, this home promises unforgettable experiences both indoors and out.

The stylish main level offers a gathering place for all to enjoy. The living room features spectacular views, a double-sided gas-burning fireplace, and a smart TV to connect to your personal streaming services. The impressive chef’s kitchen is the perfect place to gather for hors d’oeurves or to enjoy a meal while you mix and mingle with family and friends. The expansive waterfall island has seating for four and the dining room table situated next to the fireplace offers seating for eight.

This three-bedroom home with a den and 4.5 bathrooms, spaciously sleeps up to 11 guests. Each bedroom offers an en suite bathroom for your comfort. The main suite is a spa-like retreat with a gas-burning fireplace, luxurious king-size bed, balcony with sweeping views of Old Town, and a stunning en suite bathroom with a deep soaker tub. The kids will love the room with a twin over full bunk bed, a twin trundle bed, and an additional twin bed. The den is a great place to watch a movie from your personal streaming services on the smart TV or as sleeping accommodations on the queen-size sleeper sofa. A shared bathroom is just outside in the hall.

Additional amenities include a brand new 7 seater hot tub, Sonos sound system on all levels, a ski locker room with individual lockers and built-in boot warming system located immediately inside the street level entryway, parking for two compact vehicles or one standard vehicle in the driveway and directly in front of the house, a private washer and dryer, a Traeger grill, and a private patio. Complimentary daily housekeeping during the winter season.

For your protection, this premier property includes up to $5,000 damage insurance coverage.

Booking & Cancellation Policies


Park City Lodging requires a minimum stay of two nights (summer) and three nights (winter) and some properties MAY require a stay of four or more nights.

A 40% deposit will be charged when booking, and the remaining balance will be automatically charged 45 days prior to arrival. Full payment will be charged when booking if a reservation is made within 44 days of arrival. There is a $50 change fee for any revisions to a reservation after receipt of the deposit and we do not allow nights to be dropped less than 30 days prior to arrival.

Please note, we are pleased to extend a 24-hour complimentary cancellation window allowing you to cancel your reservation without penalty once a deposit is received.


Cancellations made 45 or more days prior to arrival forfeit $300 or deposit if less than $300. Cancellations made between 44 - 30 days of arrival forfeit deposit. Cancellations received within 29 days of arrival FORFEIT FULL PAYMENT. No refunds will be given for late arrivals or early departures.

Stayed with several friends at Woodside Manor. We wanted a place that provided all the amenities and was walkable to everything. This place has it all covered. We were told it was renovated last year and they did it right, this place is missing nothing. First floor walk-in/out with ski lockers and boot warmers, plenty of room for skis and gear, with Sonos music! Kitchen has modern appliances and anything else you would need if you are cooking. We made Steak on the Traeger grill which was a super nice touch. Living area and 4 bedrooms had plenty of room for all of us to have our separate rooms and the common living room off the kitchen is great with the gas fireplace and Sonos and big screen. All the rooms appear to have new TV's, which was great. Big Screens in the living area main level and the 3rd level room which served as a Bedroom to us, are perfect for the games or movies. Didn't have a car for the week, but room for one in front of garage. The beauty of this place is that you are a 4 min walk to downtown (down stairs) with all the bars and restaurants and about a 5 min walk to get on "Quitting Time" which is a ski run that takes you right to the Town Lift. The stairs can be a little challenging when you're tired but it's easier than dealing with traffic and parking in resort lot. We had to do that one day as my friend needed to rent gear at base village, never again - get the Park City Lodging to set you up with rentals delivered to the house. BTW, Uber/Lyft is available in 10 min max wherever u want to go.

This Home was gorgeous, luxurious, and immaculate. The finishes were stunning, and every detail thought of from the first-floor ski lockers to the fully stocked kitchen, to the sound system. Every room had high-end design and the different floors gave everyone in our party space to retreat to their own section when needed. The location is perfect; you don’t need a car. The house is located in walking distance to the ski path and town with all the restaurants and shopping. We fully enjoyed our stay and will stay here every time we visit Park City.

The home is stunning. Beautifully done with a perfect layout and all the modern conveniences you could need. There is a great outdoor patio with hot tub that was the perfect way to end the day! There was more than enough space for everyone and the vibe was very homey and inviting. The location was perfect. So convenient to downtown. An easy walk so you didn’t have to worry about driving and could just enjoy some apres ski, great dinners, and nightlife!

My recent stay at this charming home in Park City, Utah during the month of June was an absolute delight. Nestled amidst the picturesque mountains and surrounded by lush greenery, this home provided the perfect backdrop for a summer getaway. The location of this home is truly unbeatable. Located right behind the historic Main Street, it was within walking distance to everything Park City has to offer as everything was within reach. The home itself was a gem. Spacious and well-furnished, it exceeded all my expectations. The cozy living room with a fireplace was a great spot to unwind in the evenings. One of the highlights of this property was the views of the mountains you could see while relaxing in the hot tub. The host of this home was incredibly welcoming and accommodating which as well made my stay even more special. Overall, my stay at this home was nothing short of exceptional. Whether you're seeking a peaceful retreat in nature or an active summer vacation, this property has it all. I can't wait to return and create more unforgettable memories. It's a true gem in the heart of the mountains.
