We stayed in March 2026 for a girls ski trip. Location is amazing - short walk to the Town Lift for skiing and rentals. Right by the free PC shuttle. Easy walking to Main Street. Unit is in great condition and quiet - never heard neighbors. Hot tub was perfect to take a break and hang out. Highly recommend!

This was perfect for our large family. The number of rooms was 4, but the space was large. We loved the afternoon sun and view of park city. Additionally the one block walk to town was very nice. There is a hidden creek/path in the background that’s great for running or walking to town as well.

Location was all that was promised! Perfect to Town Lift, could walk to shop and eat on Main Street, and near the bus stop for rides to the Park City Mountain. 3 bedrooms with king or queen beds all on one level, and an elevator from the parking area to our level. We did not need a rental car from this location and took a shuttle from the airport. Clean and comfortable. Hot tub was great after a day of skiing.

Perfect location, easy walk to bars restaurants and most importantly to the town lift and free shuttle bus to Deer Valley. The Property Manager was great! They have space to store luggage, so you can ski after check out and before heading to the airport.

This property was perfect for our winter holiday. We had everything we needed, including humidifiers for each room. The kitchen was properly stocked. We most enjoyed floorpan with 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms - it was spacious. And, of course, the hot tub was amazing! The hot tub was serviced everyday.

We loved our two weeks in Park City. Our rental unit was immaculate and well appointed. The location was perfect for us - only two blocks to Main Street. There was some confusion over whether or not the condo had air conditioning. The listing indicated that it did but an email from the management company said it did not. A call to the management company quickly cleared it up. And it does have air conditioning!!! We would definitely stay here again.

This is really a high quality condo. I stayed here with my family (husband, mom, brother) and the layout and size were perfect. The location cannot be beat as it is walking distance to town and great restaurants. We were originally booked for a different unit that is also managed by PCL but I was notified well in advance of our arrival that there was an issue w the place and if we would be ok to swap for this unit C304. Well, C304 was an upgrade to what I originally booked so…SCORE! It was a fabulous place and PCL was extremely accommodating. I’d love to stay here again!

We had been to Park City in the Fall to visit our daughter who lives in Salt Lake City. We decided to visit her again in the winter to try skiing and the winter outdoors. My sister-in-law and brother-in-law joined us as well. They are avid skiers and wanted to join the fun. The location was fantastic. I knew I wanted to stay near Main Street from our previous visit, but I did not realize this property was on the end of Main Street! It was also on the end by the historic downtown ski lift. We literally walked 1 block, rented our skis and equipment, got a locker to put our things in, and hopped on the slopes. Once we were done, the place held our ski equipment and some went back to room to rest and eat while other drank at High West bar then went back up for another run or "lap" on the slopes. Our family said that it was the easiest ski rental and slope access that they had ever experienced! We also walked to dinner(we went during Mardi Gras) so make reservations on Main Street. Even though we had a car, we did not need it. We walked everywhere. Perfect location for those that want to ski, those that want to eat and drink, and those that want to shop! The condo had plenty of space. We are planning on going back and bringing more family. The only flaw if there was 1 was the blinds were broken on the one window and the carpet had a few spots. We noticed it as soon as we walked in but because of all the wonderful amenities and convenience those things were easily overlooked for us. The place in general was very clean and had everything from coffee maker to crockpot, but no keurig. puzzles and games, hair dryers, wonderful full sizes lotions and shampoos and conditioners. We will definitely return with more family and friends in the future.

Our son lives in Salt Lake City. We met him in Park City for Thanksgiving. This property looked just like the photos and was amazing! We loved the gas fireplace and hot tub. It was so easy to get to the shops on Main and hiking trails. The key code was very handy for 5 people coming and going at different times. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. We will stay here again when visiting!! Highly recommend!!!

Condo was exactly what we were looking for. Bigger than even the pictures show. Everyone had their own bathroom/bedroom but a big common area to gather and spend time -- all on one level. Furnishings, bedding, kitchen all great. Location right at the base of Main Street made all night time activities walkable and gave easy access via the Town Lift. Would definitely stay here again (post-Covid so we could better enjoy town) and consider coming back with couples given the 4 big bedrooms.

Amazing Location - walkable to all the major attractions on Main Street and the slopes! There is the potential to ski in at the end of the day and ride the town lift out the Mountain as well, which was very cool. I have never had such great customer service for an VRBO. Stay here!

We enjoyed our stay with Park City Lodging! They were extremely helpful and responsive to any issue we had. The internet was out at our rental (a problem with the internet provider, not the rental property) and Park City Lodging provided us with a wireless hotspot to use free of charge. It's just a great example of how they went above and beyond to make our rental and stay enjoyable.

This was a wonderful place to stay. Tons of space, very comfortable and extremely clean. Check-in was super easy and the location is excellent - the town lift, shopping and restaurants- all just a short walk away. The hot tub was awesome, and maintained daily. Our family had a fantastic stay - highly recommend!

We had an incredible stay right after Christmas. The condo is beautifully decorated and maintained, just like the photos. The shuttle stop is just outside, and it is only a few minutes walk to the town where you can also get on the Town ski lift. We loved having a private jacuzzi. The concierge staff was so incredibly helpful with every detail from arranging transportation to and from, referring a grocery delivery service, booking dinner reservations, and so much more. They were very responsive, helpful, and friendly. We would definitely stay here again!

They made reservations on our behalf, and followed up and made sure that things were going smoothly. Our vacation was so much more enjoyable due to their assistance.

We stayed at the Town Pointe and enjoyed a wonderful week! The accommodations were top notch — a terrifically-outfitted, clean and modern kitchen (especially important during covid with lots of eating in - but I like to cook anyway), perfectly furnished with a comfy couch and dining table and chairs to allow for 10 or more, cozy clean and warm bedding and of course the hot tub and fireplace felt great at the end of the day. I don’t know if all units are as nice as this one, but I would absolutely stay here again and use Park City Lodging. Everyone I spoke to was very helpful and helped me figure out whether the military rate or the visit Utah special was most cost effective. Town Pointe is a really easy walk to the Town Lift and the shopping in Park City. We had a cleaning service midweek which was awfully nice and the hot tub was serviced daily. W/D right in the unit and easy garage parking. There is nothing negative for me to write, except that I wish there were some premium channels with the cable package for movie viewing at night, but that really didn’t matter. This rental served 100% of what we were seeking. 10 stars!

Spent a week over the holidays in this beautiful 3 bed, 3 bath condo with lots of amenities. Walking distance to downtown Park City restaurants, shopping and Town lift for skiing. Deer Valley accessible by shuttle right outside the condo. Condo is updated and nicely decorated; kitchen is well stocked; beds are comfortable. Hot tub right outside on the balcony- perfect for relaxing! Key-less entry is so convenient for coming and going. We had a great vacation here and would definitely return!

We loved this property! It was just little more than we wanted to spend, however the amenities and location made up for it. Communication/customer service was quick and helpful. Wonderful place. Parking is easy and very accommodating (for reference we had an suv and a small trailer for our bikes and were able to park without a problem). Communication was spot on and quick, house was VERY clean and the hot tub was amazing. There is a park right outside the complex off the very convenient walk/bike path. And super quick walk to downtown. Would definitely stay here again.

Location, location, location AND clean comfort! Loved the condo. Comfortable beds, great set-up, awesome hot-tub, very clean. Easy to communicate with Park City Lodging. Katie was wonderful. We walked to dinner along the creekside walking path to Main Street restaurants every night. Fabulous location. We were two couples so we didn't use the third room...were very happy with the rare two king bed find for our couples' trip. Highly recommend!

My wife and I spent a week here. We thoroughly enjoyed the space -- we loved the hot tub, grill, and found the apartment to be well appointed. The host was very accommodating and responsive. We loved the easy access to Main Street and the pedestrian trail. I highly recommend this rental for a nice stay in Park City any time of year.

Perfect! The condominium was comfortable, super clean, well-equipped, and roomy open floor plan so that 7 adults could lounge around after skiing. To top that off, it had a fabulous location just 1 1/2 blocks from the Town Lift and all the restaurants in town. The service was also excellent. Payment was easy; communication was detailed and friendly; helpful people were easy to reach with accurate information. Check in with keyless entry was effortless and check out was just as simple. I plan to return and would recommend to anyone. All in all, a perfect vacation.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. It was clean, well furnished & very comfortable. The mattresses were a good quality, the kitchen was very functional, and there was plenty of room for our party of 7. The condo is located just off Main Street making it very accessible to the fun shops & restaurants all in walking distance. We had a bit of a problem with the door code getting in, but this was resolved relatively quickly. Overall, I would absolutely stay here again.

What a great trip we had and it all centered around our condo! We enjoyed all the comforts of home: plenty of space, a fully stocked kitchen, comfy mattresses and top-notch pillows all topped off with a private hot tub on the condo’s private patio. We were able to cook dinners in at night and rest up good for our next day on the slopes! We couldn’t have found a more perfect condo for our trip to Park City and Deer Valley!

We had an absolutely amazing time staying at this condo with a group of 8! The key less entry made entering/exiting a breeze, the rooms are all spacious with comfy beds, and the huge dining area, updated kitchen, and cozy fireplace make you feel right at home. We loved that the PC town lift is so close (less than 5 minute walk!) and that the hot tub was large enough to accommodate our party. We also used the bus to get to Deer Valley one day, it was super convenient. At night we loved that we could take a quick walk to all of the restaurants/bars in Park City, or stay in to cook and relax! Would definitely recommend and can't wait to come back!

Spacious, well-appointed. Quiet. Comfortable beds. Loved to be able to walk to everything. Underground parking a plus! Wish unit would have bare essentials for food — salt, pepper, some spices, oil, sugar. Another good add would be a modern Bluetooth speaker.
