Recently we stayed at Town Point Condo A105 in Park City Utah. We will definitely stay there again! Everything about it was impressive. It is impeccably furnished with great attention to detail. From the comfortable beds to the luxurious linens to the hot tub, the condo is designed and furnished so well that you won’t want to leave. All you need is provided for a wonderful stay. You won’t find a more luxurious condo in Park City. As expected the condo was extremely clean and well kept.
A105 is situated in the very heart of town. You will be within easy walking distance of the endless, unique shops and restaurants on Main Street as well as Park City Mountain resort. The Union Pacific bike trail runs right behind the condos and is a must ride for a day or two. If you’re looking for a wonderful week in a destination town, put this trip at the top of the list!

The Hinton Hideaway is the perfect rental condo for your Park City vacation. My kids and I have stayed several times and it’s so relaxing and family friendly. The condo is in a great central location to everything, walking distance to town or the slopes. We have loved staying here and look forward to our next trip, highly recommend

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for such a memorable stay on a bucket list trip with my father of 81 years old at your condo in Park city Utah. We had a great trip and my dad loved it as he has wanted to go on this trip all his life unit TPA 105 is one of the best accommodations I have ever stayed in is nestled in the heart of Park city. All the places are easy to get to my father is in a wheelchair so therefore the accommodations were very accommodating to him. I don’t typically do reviews, but we absolutely loved staying here, so I wanted to share all the great things about this rental!
We stayed late this summer, during the off season, and still found it perfect! The rental is only steps away from the lift, so it is ideal any time of year. It is only a few blocks to wonderful restaurants and shops and is right by the entrance to some scenic hiking trails. If you don’t like to walk, the bus stops right outside and will transport you for free. It is the perfect location!
The place is adorable, clean, comfortable, and well equipped! A lot of thought and care went into the setup of this property! We would definitely stay again and highly recommend it for others for a great stay in Park City!

We absolutely loved this beautiful, well-equipped condo during our off-season Labor Day getaway to Park City! It felt like a cozy home away from home—perfect for our family of four. We enjoyed cooking meals together in the comfy space, then heading out to explore downtown, finding charming local shops and enjoying so many great restaurants, all just a short walk to thier downtown.
We loved relaxing on the balcony, soaking up the gorgeous weather and even catching the holiday parade as it passed by—such a fun surprise! The hot tub was a hit as well
Our weather was truly perfection: warm, sunny, and the freshest air we’ve ever breathed. We set out for adventures with several different drives up in elevation that led us to endless hiking trails with wildlife sightings, breathtaking views, stunning Aspen trees, and even a touch of snow. It was the best of all worlds and a trip we’ll never forget.

The Hinton Hideaway was an amazing place to get away. It is cozy, beautiful, and perfectly located. Steps away from Main Street to enjoy shopping, fantastic food, and this weekend's art festival. We also enjoyed a concert at Deer Valley under the stars, and a fantastic spa day at the St. Regis which made our girls trip unforgettable. We relaxed, laughed, and ate like kings. Grateful for the memories made in this mountain gem!

We stayed at this property in June 2025 and it could t have been at a better location! Close to downtown festivities, food, chair loft, and shopping. The hiking was amazing and we never lacked for something to do in the summer months. Relaxing in the hot tub after a day of hiking was just icing on the cake.
The beds and linens were perfect, the kitchen stocked fully, and the common areas perfect for relaxing. Two thumbs up!

Location, relaxation, user friendly. We have been coming to Park City with our kids for years. This is by far the best location for skiing/snow boarding of all levels. My wife and daughter love to take the bus and hit payday. My son and I walk up to town lift and hit the gondola over to canyons. We love leaving the older kids at home to walk to dinners and for drinks. If you need gear you can walk to the shops. We hit the grocery store on the free bus line. It’s in the middle of everything we love about Park City.
