Easy walking access to skiing at Park City Mountain's Town Lift and Main Street shopping, dining and nightlife. Hop on the free town shuttle to access Deer Valley Resort, Canyons Village and all Park City's attractions.

Enjoy this spacious condo, one of the largest in the Town Pointe complex and ideal for a family or group. The main bedroom features a king bed and an en suite bath, with a large screen TV. Each of the other three spacious bedrooms has a queen bed and its own TV.

The large living room features a 55" cable TV with DVD player, VCR, and a gas-burning fireplace There is a fully equipped gourmet kitchen and a large dining table for 10 plus seating for 4 at the breakfast bar.

Private hot tub (winter only), washer/dryer in the unit, free wireless Internet access, and underground parking with easy elevator access. Deluxe rating.

  • Equipped with linens, dish/hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and paper supplies.
  • Laundry Detergent is NOT Supplied
  • Complimentary first-morning coffee, coffee filters, and small single-use salt and pepper shaker supplied. NO other food products will left in the property for your health and safety.
  • Cribs and rollaway beds are available for an additional charge.
  • NO Pets

We highly recommend purchasing the $49 damage protection that covers up to $3,000 in accidental damage to the property.

Booking & Cancellation Policies

BOOKING POLICIES

Park City Lodging requires a minimum stay of two nights (summer) and three nights (winter) and some properties MAY require a stay of four or more nights.

A 40% deposit will be charged when booking, and the remaining balance will be automatically charged 45 days prior to arrival. Full payment will be charged when booking if a reservation is made within 44 days of arrival. There is a $50 change fee for any revisions to a reservation after receipt of the deposit and we do not allow nights to be dropped less than 30 days prior to arrival.

Please note, we are pleased to extend a 24-hour complimentary cancellation window allowing you to cancel your reservation without penalty once a deposit is received.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

Cancellations made 45 or more days prior to arrival forfeit $300 or deposit if less than $300. Cancellations made between 44 - 30 days of arrival forfeit deposit. Cancellations received within 29 days of arrival FORFEIT FULL PAYMENT. No refunds will be given for late arrivals or early departures.

great winter stay in downtown park city

Condo was exactly what we were looking for. Bigger than even the pictures show. Everyone had their own bathroom/bedroom but a big common area to gather and spend time -- all on one level. Furnishings, bedding, kitchen all great. Location right at the base of Main Street made all night time activities walkable and gave easy access via the Town Lift. Would definitely stay here again (post-Covid so we could better enjoy town) and consider coming back with couples given the 4 big bedrooms.

Perfect! The condominium was comfortable, super clean, well-equipped, and roomy open floor plan so that 7 adults could lounge around after skiing. To top that off, it had a fabulous location just 1 1/2 blocks from the Town Lift and all the restaurants in town. The service was also excellent. Payment was easy; communication was detailed and friendly; helpful people were easy to reach with accurate information. Check in with keyless entry was effortless and check out was just as simple. I plan to return and would recommend to anyone. All in all, a perfect vacation.
