Perfectly situated on Park City's vibrant Main Street and comfortably sleeping up to 6 people, this condo is an absolute knockout! One parking space is also provided. Enjoy the easy walk to Main Street's renowned restaurants, bars, shops and galleries, and the area's free shuttle stop is right outside to take you to explore Deer Valley Resort, Canyons Village and the Utah Olympic Park and beyond.

This comfortable condo features contemporary furniture and decor. The romantic main suite has a luxurious king memory foam mattress and a private bath. The large second bedroom has two twin beds that can be converted to a king and the adjacent second bathroom features a soaking tub. There's a sofa sleeper in the living room, comfortable for up to two additional guests.

The full kitchen with upgraded appliances has everything you need for preparing and serving a hearty breakfast or elegant dinner. There's comfortable seating for 6 at the dining table, and the overstuffed sofas and leather recliners are perfect for dozing or watching the big screen TV next to the wood-burning fireplace. There is also a deck off of the living room.

Park Station complex amenities include free Wi-Fi, coin-op laundry facility, outdoor hot tub and heated pool in winter/summer and an indoor hot tub and sauna in winter season. Park City Mountain's Town Lift generally opens the third weekend of December, please check with the resort for current status and updates. Deluxe rating.

  • Laundry Detergent is NOT Supplied
  • Complimentary first-morning coffee, coffee filters, and small single-use salt and pepper shaker supplied. NO other food products will left in the property for your health and safety.
  • Cribs and rollaway beds are available for an additional charge.

We highly recommend purchasing the $49 damage protection that covers up to $3,000 in accidental damage to the property.

Booking & Cancellation Policies

BOOKING POLICIES

Park City Lodging requires a minimum stay of two nights (summer) and three nights (winter) and some properties MAY require a stay of four or more nights.

A 40% deposit will be charged when booking, and the remaining balance will be automatically charged 45 days prior to arrival. Full payment will be charged when booking if a reservation is made within 44 days of arrival. There is a $50 change fee for any revisions to a reservation after receipt of the deposit and we do not allow nights to be dropped less than 30 days prior to arrival.

Please note, we are pleased to extend a 24-hour complimentary cancellation window allowing you to cancel your reservation without penalty once a deposit is received.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

Cancellations made 45 or more days prior to arrival forfeit $300 or deposit if less than $300. Cancellations made between 44 - 30 days of arrival forfeit deposit. Cancellations received within 29 days of arrival FORFEIT FULL PAYMENT. No refunds will be given for late arrivals or early departures.

This condo was in a great location for our summer getaway in Park City. It was an easy walk to Main street and tons of shops and restaurants. The condo was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The air conditioning also worked great which was good because it was unusually warm when we were there. Easy access to hot tub, pool, and bike path. Check out was easy as well.

I want to let everyone know that Park City Lodging is a fantastic and responsive management company and I highly recommend looking at their site to find a vacation rental. Anytime I needed help or had questions, they answered immediately, and made us feel so welcome. I truly have never had a management company take care of us like that. Park Station was older and charming and the layout of the 2 bedroom condos was perfect for 4 of us. We had ample room for storage of clothes and ski equipment, food and luggage. The fireplace worked perfectly and they provided great dried wood so it was effortless to start a fire. The furnishings were comfortable and well maintained. The kitchen was completely stocked. And we loved the outdoor hot tub. You are steps away from Main street, so it is a highly convenient location as well. They even texted me to let me know they found my daughter's swimsuit and wondered how they could get it to us. Booking with them can also gain you a $300 Delta voucher for your next flight! Ryan and her team should be commended for making it so comfy for us with extra towels and any other questions or needs we had. We liked it so much, we are arranging to return just a few weeks later and want to stay with this company.

We had a great stay at Park Station 228 managed by Park City Lodging. Katie emailed me all the arrangements and immediately responded to any of our questions. When we arrived, the entire condo was immaculately clean. We needed a few extra items and assistance with the cable, and everything was attended to within the hour by Tony, Wade, Jordan, and Mark. They are a professional and responsive management team!

Great kitchen for cooking and entertaining. The only negative wash that the building itself seemed a bit dated. We did not use the pool or other facilities.
