About the property

The accent rug says it all, "Sit, Stay, Smile!" One parking space is also provided. Located just a block from Park City’s entertaining Main Street, this welcoming Park Station unit comfortably accommodates up to 6 people and offers unique access to the many attractions that make Park City a world class destination. The area-wide free shuttle stops just outside the complex; hop on to go virtually anywhere from Deer Valley to Canyons Village and beyond.

The main bedroom features a king bed and a large private bath with a double vanity. The second bedroom has two twin beds and there's a sleeper sofa in the living room and a second full bath.

Relax with family and friends in front of the wood-burning fireplace in the easy, warm living room. The full kitchen has all you need to prepare breakfast before the day's adventures or dinner after a day out exploring and enjoying the area. The dining table has seating for 6.

Park Station complex amenities include a newly constructed outdoor heated pool and hot tub in the winter and summer months, an indoor hot tub and sauna in Building 2 for guests to enjoy, free wi-fi, elevator, laundry facility, and parking for one car. Park City Mountain's Town Lift generally opens the third weekend of December, please check with the resort for current status and updates. Moderate Plus rating.

  • Equipped with linens, dish/hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and paper supplies.
  • Laundry Detergent is NOT Supplied
  • Complimentary first-morning coffee, coffee filters, and small single-use salt and pepper shaker supplied. NO other food products will left in the property for your health and safety.
  • Cribs and rollaway beds are available for an additional charge.
  • NO Pets
  • Terms include a No Tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, parties, or disturbing neighbors.

We highly recommend purchasing the $55 damage protection that covers up to $3,000 in accidental damage to the property.

Booking & Cancellation Policies

BOOKING POLICIES

Individual property nightly minimums and restrictions apply.

A 40% deposit will be charged when booking, and the remaining balance will be automatically charged 45 days prior to arrival. Full payment will be charged when booking if a reservation is made within 44 days of arrival. There is a $50 change fee for any revisions to a reservation after receipt of the deposit and we do not allow nights to be dropped less than 30 days prior to arrival.

Please note, we are pleased to extend a 24-hour complimentary cancellation window allowing you to cancel your reservation without penalty once a deposit is received.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

Cancellations made 45 or more days prior to arrival forfeit $300 or deposit if less than $300. Cancellations made between 44 - 30 days of arrival forfeit deposit. Cancellations received within 29 days of arrival FORFEIT FULL PAYMENT. No refunds will be given for late arrivals or early departures.

Loved the location. Was within walking distance of Main Street. The pool was nice, but my favorite was the huge hot tub. Would definitely stay in the future. I loved how it was treated during these uncertain times of COVID-19. Felt safe arriving at the apartment to see the tape to let us know it had been cleaned thoroughly.

great place to stay in park city!

Four of my college buddies and I have been going on an annual ski trip for nearly 10 years. After many trips to CO and other great ski destinations we chose Park City for this year's trip. Location to a lift was priority #1 for us followed by walking distance to night life. Park Station delivered on both without putting a major dent in our wallets. Being located 1 short block from the Town Center Lift and 1-2 additional blocks from tons of great local spots to eat and drink you just can't beat it for the price. The unit was very nice with plenty space for 5 guys and our equipment. Fireplace was nice but be sure to ask the front desk for some starter logs. The steam shower was great after a long cold day on the mountain but watch out it's almost be too much! The only thing about the unit I didn't care for were the beds. They were pretty firm and I prefer an ultra soft mattress but for an extended weekend who really cares. Other than that the unit was perfect and I would definitely stay in it again. Park Station was a great place to stay and was well worth money. The only complaint we had was on our last day. Upon arrival we had requested a late check out which we were told was 11:59am. Mrs. Nancy at the front desk who was great said she would make the arraignments. As we were showering and packing up to leave we got a call from the front desk (10:10am) and they asked if we were going to check out. When we explained that we had a late check out the lady said it was requested but not granted. Since we were not told otherwise during our stay we just assumed we had a late check out. Since we were up and packing anyway it wasn't a huge deal however, given the quality of service we experienced during our stay we were all quite stunned by the "not granted" phone call and the fact that no one bothered to inform us before then. Other than that one little issue the experienc was top notch.

great location for park city

we stay at park station because of the location! this particular unit should really have a table that seats at least 6...since the unit will sleep 8!!! also, the king bed in the master bedroom is wayyy too firm ...particularly for people who spend a month there. we have requested that unit again next year because there are no other acceptable units available (meaning updated and nicely furnished). housekeeping services were great and Woodie(at the front desk) is a great asset for Park Station!
