The master bedroom is located on the third floor with breathtaking views of downtown Park City. The master suite with king-sized bed includes a flat-screen TV, huge walk-in closet, and luxurious bathroom. His and her sinks are flanked by a sunken bathtub and rainfall shower. A private hot tub can also be accessed on the third floor patio.
On the second floor, the guest bedroom features a king-sized bed and attached bathroom. Head outside to spend time on your private patio. Whether you’re grilling out for dinner or witnessing the magic of Sundance, the patio will be one of your favorite parts of this property.
The basement features a haven area for children and adults alike. The third bedroom room has two pyramid style bunks—full on bottom and twin on top—that will accommodate a variety of guests. The attached bathroom and downstairs den with 50” TV offer a place for the kids to hang out without disturbing the adults sleeping upstairs!
Don’t worry about the ice or snow with a two small car garage. With a location this close to Main Street and the slopes you won’t even need a car though. Park City’s finest restaurants are mere steps away and you’ll be on Town Lift before other skier and snowboarders have even gotten off the bus. Our Opinion: With a home as gorgeous as 817 Parkwood, it will be hard to want to leave the property. Its location, however, makes it easy to explore the best of Park City. Town Lift is merely steps away and one of the best sushi restaurants in town is directly across the street. Enjoy the nightlife of Park City knowing that your tranquil escape awaits you only minutes away from Historic Main Street.
