Jennifer Remus
General Manager
Jennifer was born and raised in Cottonwood Heights, Utah. After earning a degree in Finance from Utah State University, she began her career in Salt Lake City as a mixed-use portfolio manager before relocating to California in 2020, where she managed mid- and high-rise community associations throughout the San Diego market. Returning to Utah, Jennifer joined Fort Street Partners, overseeing the firm’s first high-rise acquisition before transitioning to the development team. Her experience across property management, asset operations, and development provides a well-rounded perspective that continues to shape her approach to real estate. Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys skiing, hiking, and playing hockey. She can often be found cheering on the Utah Mammoth.
