With over 15 years of experience in financial management and accounting, Emily Lawrence serves as the HOA Accounting Manager for multiple HOAs at Park City Lodging, ensuring the financial health and transparency of the community. Skilled in budgeting, financial reporting, reserve planning, and compliance with HOA regulations, Emily manages day-to-day accounting operations, including assessments, vendor payments, reconciliations, and year-end statements.
Outside of her HOA responsibilities, Emily loves spending time outdoors—whether skiing, snowboarding, hiking, or paddle boarding—and enjoys exploring new foods and restaurants whenever possible.
