Timber Wolf Lodge is a well-appointed condo near Park City Mountain's Canyons Village that accommodates up to 6 guests. Access the slopes with an easy two-minute walk to the free bus or a short drive to the Canyons Cabriolet.

This cabin style condo creates the perfect setting for a mountain getaway. After a day exploring Park City, the living room offers a cozy spot to unwind, featuring a gas-burning fireplace with a river rock surround and flat-screen TV. The well-equipped, open-concept kitchen allows the home chef to easily prepare a meal while mingling with friends and family. The dining room table offers seating for 6 and the breakfast bar has seating for 3. A convenient powder room and washer and dryer are located just off the living room.

Two bedrooms are located upstairs, and they both have a convenient en suite bathroom and flat-screen TV. The main suite offers a luxurious king-size bed, and the second bedroom has a comfortable queen-size bed. A queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping arrangements.

Additional amenities include two common area hot tubs- located just steps away from the home, wi-fi, underground parking for 1 car, and outdoor parking for 1 additional car. Additionally, High Valley Transit simplifies free transit access to Deer Valley Resort, historic Main Street, and the Park City Outlets. The accompanying app details bus stops and locations for on-demand microtransit, allowing users to book rides just minutes before departure. House Rules

  • NO Smoking or vaping
  • Complimentary Wi-Fi
  • Equipped with linens, dish/hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and paper supplies.
  • Laundry Detergent is NOT Supplied
  • Complimentary first-morning coffee, coffee filters, and small single-use salt and pepper shaker supplied. NO other food products will left in the property for your health and safety.
  • Cribs and rollaway beds are available for an additional charge.
  • NO Pets
  • Terms include a No Tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, parties, or disturbing neighbors.

We highly recommend purchasing the $55 damage protection that covers up to $3,000 in accidental damage to the property.

Booking & Cancellation Policies

BOOKING POLICIES

Individual property nightly minimums and restrictions apply.

A 40% deposit will be charged when booking, and the remaining balance will be automatically charged 45 days prior to arrival. Full payment will be charged when booking if a reservation is made within 44 days of arrival. There is a $50 change fee for any revisions to a reservation after receipt of the deposit and we do not allow nights to be dropped less than 30 days prior to arrival.

Please note, we are pleased to extend a 24-hour complimentary cancellation window allowing you to cancel your reservation without penalty once a deposit is received.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

Cancellations made 45 or more days prior to arrival forfeit $300 or deposit if less than $300. Cancellations made between 44 - 30 days of arrival forfeit deposit. Cancellations received within 29 days of arrival FORFEIT FULL PAYMENT. No refunds will be given for late arrivals or early departures.

Amazing job on your part! My daughter owns and lives in a unit at Timberwolf, so when we visit we like to stay at Timberwolf too. We have rented and seen a number of the units.
