Snow Flower #31 is a studio condo, with a sleeping loft and two bathrooms, located on the top floor of building I. Access to Park City Mountain’s Eagle, First Time, and 3 Kings lifts are just a stone’s throw away, allowing you to come and go as you please.
The open floor plan offers an efficient, well-equipped kitchen and a dining table with seating for four to enjoy a meal. A comfortable queen-size Murphy bed easily pulls out for a good night’s rest or can be stored away for additional spacious living, while a large chest of drawers keeps belongings tucked away. The living room invites you to relax in front of a gas-burning fireplace or catch a show on the flat-screen TV. Natural light pours in through large sliding glass doors that lead to a private patio, perfect for après ski while taking in the beautiful views. The shared bathroom offers a walk-in shower, and deep soaking tub.
Upstairs a sleeping loft offers a comfortable king-size bed, flat screen TV, and well-appointed furniture with plenty of storage. A private bathroom offers a walk-in shower and double sinks.
