Great location, comfortable beds, clean and the outdoor spa was outstanding. Above all else, Park City Lodging is the best property manager we have dealt with and we stay in a lot of vacation rentals around the west. When the garage door opener did not work upon our arrival, they had someone out to repair it in 30 min…unlike another property manager that begins with a ..…it took two calls and 2 days on a different property.

We had a lovely ski trip getaway in this condo. Lots of room and perfect location (very short walk to catch the village bus to the mountain + town). Hot tub is clutch and the kitchen is well equipped. We had an amazing time and we'll likely rent the same unit again next year! Thank you!

I cannot say enough about the responsiveness and compassion showed by Heleena S. and Katie B. We found ourselves in a jam with no place to stay at the last minute! They were kind, courteous and within one hour found us the perfect spot. I will never come back to Park City and not use them. (and I come often). I highly recommend their services and the property was spotless.

Easy check-in, great condo. Location was perfect-- minutes to Canyons, Park City resort and Deer Valley, and 50 to 60 minutes to Brighton, Alta and other areas... Clean and well maintained condo, and we considered excellent value. Not enough wine glasses or cutlery, and no very basics like salt and pepper. Not enough trash bags either. Those should be taken care of in my opinion. Otherwise fairly perfect-- we were a family of three (2 adults and a 14 yr old), another dad and his 16 yr old son, and another single adult. All were very comfortable. Excellent choice for Park city area if you are staying in at night. Can't wait to go back.

This is a nice condo situated on 3 levels. Four of us shared the condo. It's in a good location - close to everything in Park City. There is a nice kitchen and breakfast bar (no dining room). Nice living room area with entertainment system. We used the hot tub several times, but it wasn't very hot (they had the temperature regulated) and there were some jets that weren't working, which was disappointing. We slept in the loft area which has a small powder room. The bed wasn't that comfortable. They could invest in some better quality bedding. We did call several times to get maintenance to fix the hot tub and address some other items, but they weren't very responsive. Overall, it was a good condo for the price.

We will have hot tub jets checked to make sure they are working properly. As for the temperature, our records show that it was 104 degrees each day which is the maximum temperature allowed by law. We apologize if you felt it was too low but for safety reasons the hot tubs must be regulated.

What a fine rental property! Beautifully remodeled, great location... The 17 inches of snow during our stay from dec 17 to 25 certainly didn't hurt either! We skied, Snowbird, Solitude, Brighton Canyon, The Canyons and Park City...Just to try them all! Highly recommended! Park city lodging made it simple, we just left the key on the counter and headed to the airport, no hassle!

The unit was perfect for 5 people. Plenty of space, nice amenities, and we especially liked the hot tub and option for grilling. Excellent location if you wish to ski The Canyons, Park City, and/or Deer Valley on your trip.

Our well-appointed kitchen made this condo feel more like a home. Furniture was ample and very comfortable. The beds were the best! Tv great in the front room, fine in the first master. Lots of room to stow your belongings. Having a garage was important to us. Also W/D made keeping up with the laundry so convenient. It was all good! Enjoy your stay. We're coming back in 2012!

We received excellent service from the time we checked in until the time we checked out. The home was very clean, updated, stocked full of everything you could possibly need on vacation, and very cozy. The location was perfect in relation to the ski resorts and downtown. We don't have any complaints other than we hate how short our trip was and that we can't come back till next year. :)
