About the property

Excellent Main Street location, just a block from Park City Mountain's Town Lift, this beautiful condo sleeps up to 8! One parking space is also provided. Just out your door is walking distance access to the action on Main Street including restaurants, bars, shops and galleries. Or, you can hop on the free town shuttle to go to Deer Valley Resort, Canyons Village and virtually all the Park City area's renowned activities and attractions.

The main bedroom features two queen beds and an en suite bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed and its own TV. A sleeper sofa in the living room accommodates two additional guests. There's a full bath convenient to the second bedroom and living area.

The full kitchen has all you need to cook for and serve family and friends and the dining area graciously seats 6. The living room area features comfortable, stylish furniture around the wood burning fireplace and large flat screen TV making it the perfect place to relax together after the day's adventures. Step out onto the balcony for fresh mountain air and views.

Park Station complex amenities include free wi-fi, coin-op laundry, outdoor parking, outdoor pool and hot tub in winter/summer and indoor hot tub and sauna in winter. Park City Mountain's Town Lift generally opens the third weekend of December, please check with the resort for current status and updates. Moderate rating.

  • Equipped with linens, dish/hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and paper supplies.
  • Laundry Detergent is NOT Supplied
  • Complimentary first-morning coffee, coffee filters, and small single-use salt and pepper shaker supplied. NO other food products will left in the property for your health and safety.
  • Cribs and rollaway beds are available for an additional charge.
  • NO Pets

We highly recommend purchasing the $49 damage protection that covers up to $3,000 in accidental damage to the property.

Booking & Cancellation Policies

BOOKING POLICIES

Park City Lodging requires a minimum stay of two nights (summer) and three nights (winter) and some properties MAY require a stay of four or more nights.

A 40% deposit will be charged when booking, and the remaining balance will be automatically charged 45 days prior to arrival. Full payment will be charged when booking if a reservation is made within 44 days of arrival. There is a $50 change fee for any revisions to a reservation after receipt of the deposit and we do not allow nights to be dropped less than 30 days prior to arrival.

Please note, we are pleased to extend a 24-hour complimentary cancellation window allowing you to cancel your reservation without penalty once a deposit is received.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

Cancellations made 45 or more days prior to arrival forfeit $300 or deposit if less than $300. Cancellations made between 44 - 30 days of arrival forfeit deposit. Cancellations received within 29 days of arrival FORFEIT FULL PAYMENT. No refunds will be given for late arrivals or early departures.

Fantastic condo! Updates model with beautiful views and cozy fireplace! Great for couples, groups of friends, and families! I will definitely be returning. Very close to skiing and main street!

We were surprised how large this unit was!! It was well-appointed but we were in a family reunion and so had the chance to compare it to other units and it was by far inferior. The toilets had issues - both of them! The front desk help was very nice and helpful. Slow and odd elevator in the building. Very small pool, relatively clean. Short walk from main street so location was great.

great size condo, everything we needed

Condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Was toward the end of main st but a very easy walk to the action. Town lift does not start until 9am so we didnt use it once (too late for us) Other then that it was a great spot for the price
