Walking distance to Park City Mountain's Town Lift and the excitement of historic Main Street, this inviting condo sleeps up to 4 guests. One parking space is also provided. Hop on the free town shuttle to access Canyons Village, Deer Valley Resort, the Utah Olympic Park and all of the area's renowned activities and attractions.

This charming condo with a rustic, wild west appeal features a bedroom with a king bed, and there's a sleeper sofa in the living room. There's a full bath.

The well-appointed living room has comfortable furniture gathered around a large flat screen TV with DVD/Blu-ray player and Bluetooth docking station and a warm wood burning fireplace. The full kitchen has everything necessary to prepare and serve meals and snacks. There's a dining table for 6 guests.

Park Station amenities include free wi-fi, elevator, laundry facility, parking, seasonal outdoor hot tub and pool in winter/summer and an indoor hot tub and sauna in winter. Park City Mountain's Town Lift generally opens the third weekend of December, please check with the resort for current status and updates. Moderate rating.

  • Laundry Detergent is NOT Supplied
  • Complimentary first-morning coffee, coffee filters, and small single-use salt and pepper shaker supplied. NO other food products will left in the property for your health and safety.
  • Cribs and rollaway beds are available for an additional charge.

We highly recommend purchasing the $49 damage protection that covers up to $3,000 in accidental damage to the property.

Booking & Cancellation Policies

BOOKING POLICIES

Park City Lodging requires a minimum stay of two nights (summer) and three nights (winter) and some properties MAY require a stay of four or more nights.

A 40% deposit will be charged when booking, and the remaining balance will be automatically charged 45 days prior to arrival. Full payment will be charged when booking if a reservation is made within 44 days of arrival. There is a $50 change fee for any revisions to a reservation after receipt of the deposit and we do not allow nights to be dropped less than 30 days prior to arrival.

Please note, we are pleased to extend a 24-hour complimentary cancellation window allowing you to cancel your reservation without penalty once a deposit is received.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

Cancellations made 45 or more days prior to arrival forfeit $300 or deposit if less than $300. Cancellations made between 44 - 30 days of arrival forfeit deposit. Cancellations received within 29 days of arrival FORFEIT FULL PAYMENT. No refunds will be given for late arrivals or early departures.

The unit was fantastic, and the location was perfect. This place had everything we wanted - a wood burning fireplace, outdoor hot tub, and an easy walk to everything in Park City. We were just a couple hundred yards away from ski rentals, lift tickets and the Town Lift. Only a few blocks from great eating, drinking and shopping too! 10 out of 10.

We loved this condo’s location and the thoughtful decor. The road noise from nearby highway was at times loud, but once you got use to it, it was fine. I would come back and recommend to friends.

We had some trouble initially upon arrival with codes and instructions for entering the premises, but it was quickly resolved when we spoke to someone via telephone as the office closes at 4:00 p.m., & we arrived to Park City after 5:00 p.m. I take full responsibility for the mishap as an email had been sent before we left our home with all the information that we needed upon our arrival. However, I later found out it was in an attached PDF, which I never saw. Just a note to check for attachments on all correspondence before you leave for Park City’s Park Station. Our 1-bedroom condo was comfortable and clean. The pictures show the condo as very bright, but in fact, there were only 2 windows, and with them open on a bright sunny day, we still had to turn on lights to lighten the condo up.
