About the property

Located just a block from Park City’s Main Street, this deluxe condo accommodates up to 8 guests. One parking space is also provided. Offering unique access to the many features that make Park City a renowned destination, it's an easy walk to Park City Mountain's Town Lift and world class restaurants, shops and galleries. The free area shuttle stops just outside the complex providing easy access to all of Park City's activities and attractions including Deer Valley, Canyons Village, Utah Olympic Park and the Park City Outlets.

The main suite features two queen beds, a large screen TV and a full en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds and there's a sleeper sofa in the living room. Perfectly comfortable for family and friends.

The welcoming living room offers plush furniture, a large screen TV and a cozy wood burning fireplace. There's a fully equipped kitchen with everything necessary for cooking in. The gracious dining table has seating for 6. And there's a private balcony for enjoying the fresh mountain air and pristine mountain vistas.

Park Station complex amenities include a newly constructed outdoor heated pool and hot tub in the winter and summer months, an indoor hot tub and sauna in Building 2 for guests to enjoy, free wi-fi, elevator, laundry facility, and parking for one car. Park City Mountain's Town Lift generally opens the third weekend of December, please check with the resort for current status and updates. Moderate Plus rating.

  • Laundry Detergent is NOT Supplied
  • Complimentary first-morning coffee, coffee filters, and small single-use salt and pepper shaker supplied. NO other food products will left in the property for your health and safety.
  • Cribs and rollaway beds are available for an additional charge.
  • NO Pets
  • Terms include a No Tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, parties, or disturbing neighbors.

We highly recommend purchasing the $55 damage protection that covers up to $3,000 in accidental damage to the property.

Booking & Cancellation Policies

BOOKING POLICIES

Individual property nightly minimums and restrictions apply.

A 40% deposit will be charged when booking, and the remaining balance will be automatically charged 45 days prior to arrival. Full payment will be charged when booking if a reservation is made within 44 days of arrival. There is a $50 change fee for any revisions to a reservation after receipt of the deposit and we do not allow nights to be dropped less than 30 days prior to arrival.

Please note, we are pleased to extend a 24-hour complimentary cancellation window allowing you to cancel your reservation without penalty once a deposit is received.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

Cancellations made 45 or more days prior to arrival forfeit $300 or deposit if less than $300. Cancellations made between 44 - 30 days of arrival forfeit deposit. Cancellations received within 29 days of arrival FORFEIT FULL PAYMENT. No refunds will be given for late arrivals or early departures.

This property was perfect for the 5 of us for a girl's trip. The kitchen has everything you'll need for a larger group. Super clean and a nice view of the pool area. The location can't be beat. A short walk to Main Street with all the eating and shopping there plus bus stops for the free bus (which we didn't use but saw lots of them around). We took advantage of the paved trail that runs behind the unit for long walks.

My son and I came in for a quick end of season ski trip and this unit fit the bill perfectly! The location was perfect access to town and the ski lift, it was clean and just as described in the listing. Communication's with the property manager was prompt prior to our travel. Great unit!
