The main has a king bed and private bathroom, as well as its own TV, DVD, mini-fridge and coffee maker, making it a private oasis. There are two twins beds which can be made up into a king bed (with advance notice) in the second bedroom. There's another full bath adjacent to the second bedroom. And there's a fun twin bunk room just off the living room.

The full kitchen has everything necessary for preparing and serving meals, and a dining table with seating for 6 and counter seating for 4. The cozy living room with its rustic, Western decor and over-stuffed furniture is perfect for lounging by the wood-burning fireplace while enjoying a show on the large screen TV. The living room also offers a sleeper sofa.

Park Station 229 adjoins Park Station 227 and the two can be combined to accommodate up to 12 people. Bring the whole crew!

Park Station amenities include free Wi-Fi, coin-op laundry facility, outdoor parking, outdoor heated pool and hot tub in winter/summer, and an indoor hot tub and sauna for winter use. Park City Mountain's Town Lift generally opens the third weekend of December, please check with the resort for current status and updates. Deluxe rating.

  • Complimentary Wi-Fi
  • Equipped with linens, dish/hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and paper supplies.
  • Laundry Detergent is NOT Supplied
  • Complimentary first-morning coffee, coffee filters, and small single-use salt and pepper shaker supplied. NO other food products will left in the property for your health and safety.
  • Cribs and rollaway beds are available for an additional charge.
  • NO Pets

We highly recommend purchasing the $49 damage protection that covers up to $3,000 in accidental damage to the property.

Booking & Cancellation Policies

BOOKING POLICIES

Park City Lodging requires a minimum stay of two nights (summer) and three nights (winter) and some properties MAY require a stay of four or more nights.

A 40% deposit will be charged when booking, and the remaining balance will be automatically charged 45 days prior to arrival. Full payment will be charged when booking if a reservation is made within 44 days of arrival. There is a $50 change fee for any revisions to a reservation after receipt of the deposit and we do not allow nights to be dropped less than 30 days prior to arrival.

Please note, we are pleased to extend a 24-hour complimentary cancellation window allowing you to cancel your reservation without penalty once a deposit is received.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

Cancellations made 45 or more days prior to arrival forfeit $300 or deposit if less than $300. Cancellations made between 44 - 30 days of arrival forfeit deposit. Cancellations received within 29 days of arrival FORFEIT FULL PAYMENT. No refunds will be given for late arrivals or early departures.

Parking and check-in went smoothly. Towels came quickly when our group needed extras. Location was terrific and made it very easy for everyone in our party to access the main street. After returning from the airport at 1 AM, I thought the lock on the door was not working. I phoned the property manager and immediately got a response. Unfortunately I woke him for no reason because everything was fine. It was my error. Would definitely return and future trip

Awesome location at the end of Main Street and short walk to lift going up the mountain. Walkable to all the bars and restaurants…comfortable beds, spacious living area. I’d come back to this property for summer and winter fun.

Location was excellent - so fun to walk to Main Street and we used the pool almost every day. Beds were comfy, TVs everywhere, kitchen was well-stocked with lots of coffee filters. There IS a change machine in the laundry which is nice! Overall excellent stay!

Our family escapes the Texas heat each year. This is our first family vacation to Park City. This property was absolutely perfect place to stay - walking distance to Main Street, restaurants and shops. The home has had some recent upgrades and was perfect for our family. The 2 secondary bedrooms had single beds / bunks in one room. We had a great time and plan to return.

This property is at the end of the downtown Park city, right at the town lift and right on the bus route to Deer Valley and Canyons. The location can't be beat. Parking is both covered and uncovered. Property hot tubs are excellent. We stayed in the three bdrm condo/apt which slept 6 all in beds, any more would have had to sleep on a couch. We will stay here next year.
