About the property

Sensational Main Street location and sleeping up to 12, these connected condos are perfect for your group's adventures! One parking space is also provided. It's just one block from Park City Mountain's Town Lift and has out-your-door access to famous restaurants, bars, shops and galleries. And, the free town shuttle stop is right out front; hop on to explore Deer Valley Resort, Canyons Village or any of the area's exciting activities and entertainment.

This unique 5 bedroom condominium consists of adjoining 2 bedroom condominiums. Each side has a king bed and private bathroom in the main, and two twins beds in a second bedroom. Linking the two 2 bedroom condos is a fun little bedroom with twin bunks! Each unit has a full second bathroom adjacent to the second bedroom. And, there are two full kitchens, two living rooms with cozy wood-burning fireplaces and two dining areas, one with table seating for 6 and the other with table seating for 5 and counter seating for 4. There are a total of 5 TVs and 2 DVD players. There are plenty of space options for everyone to enjoy being together, and for quiet and privacy. In the 229 side of the property, the living room features a sleeper sofa.

Park Station amenities include free Wi-Fi, coin-op laundry facility, outdoor parking, outdoor heated pool and hot tub in winter/summer, and an indoor hot tub and sauna for winter use. Park City Mountain's Town Lift generally opens the third weekend of December, please check with the resort for current status and updates. Deluxe rating.

  • Laundry Detergent is NOT Supplied
  • Complimentary first-morning coffee, coffee filters, and small single-use salt and pepper shaker supplied. NO other food products will left in the property for your health and safety.
  • Cribs and rollaway beds are available for an additional charge.

We highly recommend purchasing the $49 damage protection that covers up to $3,000 in accidental damage to the property.

Booking & Cancellation Policies

BOOKING POLICIES

Park City Lodging requires a minimum stay of two nights (summer) and three nights (winter) and some properties MAY require a stay of four or more nights.

A 40% deposit will be charged when booking, and the remaining balance will be automatically charged 45 days prior to arrival. Full payment will be charged when booking if a reservation is made within 44 days of arrival. There is a $50 change fee for any revisions to a reservation after receipt of the deposit and we do not allow nights to be dropped less than 30 days prior to arrival.

Please note, we are pleased to extend a 24-hour complimentary cancellation window allowing you to cancel your reservation without penalty once a deposit is received.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

Cancellations made 45 or more days prior to arrival forfeit $300 or deposit if less than $300. Cancellations made between 44 - 30 days of arrival forfeit deposit. Cancellations received within 29 days of arrival FORFEIT FULL PAYMENT. No refunds will be given for late arrivals or early departures.

Two amazing condo's that are well furnished and so comfy! Location was perfect for our stay ! Wedding weekend in Utah was complete with our stay at this wonderful property.

I will definitely rent this place again! Everything about it was great. Tons of space, all the kitchen stuff you need, lots of firewood, towels, pillows, etc. Perfect for 2 families with 3 kids each. Or in our case a dads’ ski trip. 60 second walk to the ski lift and all the restaurants & shops. And the management is extremely responsive to questions. A 10 out of 10.

We are a group of men, most of whom have been coming to Park City for 20+ years. We usually stay closer to the Park City Mountain Resort entrance, this was our first time to stay walking distance to the Town Lift and Main Street. Almost all the group preferred this! The condo is well priced, and the older, darker decor was not a problem for us, but don’t let it be a surprise. We used both the indoor and the outdoor hot tubs, and they were great after a hard day of skiing/boarding. Our double condo had 5 bedrooms, just right for seven adult men. Btw, the snow was phenomenal!
