About the property

Sensational Main Street location and sleeping up to 4, this unique condo is perfect for your Park City adventures! One parking space is also provided. It's just one block from Park City Mountain's Town Lift and has out-your-door access to famous restaurants, bars, shops and galleries. And, the free town shuttle stop is right out front; hop on to explore Deer Valley Resort, Canyons Village or any of the area's exciting activities and entertainment.

The main has a king bed and private bathroom, as well as its own TV, DVD, mini-fridge and coffee maker, making it a private oasis. There are two twins beds which can be made up into a king bed (with advance notice) in the second bedroom. There's another full bath adjacent to the second bedroom.

The full kitchen has everything necessary for preparing and serving meals, and a dining table with seating for 6. The cozy living room with its fanciful, rustic décor and plush furniture is perfect for lounging by the wood-burning fireplace while enjoying a show on the large screen TV.

Park Station 227 adjoins Park Station 229 and the two can be combined to accommodate up to 12 people. Bring the whole crew!

Park Station amenities include free Wi-Fi, coin-op laundry facility, outdoor parking, outdoor heated pool and hot tub in winter/summer, and an indoor hot tub and sauna for winter use. Park City Mountain's Town Lift generally opens the third weekend of December, please check with the resort for current status and updates. Deluxe rating.

Booking & Cancellation Policies

BOOKING POLICIES

Park City Lodging requires a minimum stay of two nights (summer) and three nights (winter) and some properties MAY require a stay of four or more nights.

A 40% deposit will be charged when booking, and the remaining balance will be automatically charged 45 days prior to arrival. Full payment will be charged when booking if a reservation is made within 44 days of arrival. There is a $50 change fee for any revisions to a reservation after receipt of the deposit and we do not allow nights to be dropped less than 30 days prior to arrival.

Please note, we are pleased to extend a 24-hour complimentary cancellation window allowing you to cancel your reservation without penalty once a deposit is received.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

Cancellations made 45 or more days prior to arrival forfeit $300 or deposit if less than $300. Cancellations made between 44 - 30 days of arrival forfeit deposit. Cancellations received within 29 days of arrival FORFEIT FULL PAYMENT. No refunds will be given for late arrivals or early departures.

This is a great property in a great location for a fun stay in Park City. Very nice and clean. Attentive property management. Very quick to respond to questions! Easy to walk to Main Street and many restaurants. Great on-site free parking as well. The wide angle camera shots online are a little deceiving of the size, bathrooms are very small. But it certainly wouldn’t stop me from staying here, just not what the image looked like. I would definitely give this 5 stars and for sure stay here again! And thanks to the management for your quick responses and kindness and willingness to help!! You were awesome!!!

The condo felt very safe and secure, and the unit itself was beautiful! Super comfortable and spacious for 2 people (and you could easily fit 2 more). The location couldn't have been better - restaurants and stores are within a few steps and you're right along the bike/walk/run path that runs all throughout Park City. Highly recommend!

Park Station is a very attractive, down to earth Park City condo development that has quite a bit to recommend it. We spent several days there during the last weeks of this year's ski season. The location is excellent, half a block from Main Street, Park City's busy shopping and dining area. It is also just a block from the Town Lift, which - as its name suggests - carries you from the center of town to the top of the ski mountain. No long walk, no shuttle bus. The Park Station amenities, which include a pool and large outdoor jacuzzi, are basic but very nice. The management was efficient, friendly, and extremely helpful, both before our stay and during. For example, they helped us arrange for ground transportation and rentals from Ski Butlers (which brings the skis, boards, and boots right to the condo door). The unit in which we stayed was clean and well decorated with a warm, welcoming feel to it. The unit was a good value. For example, it compared favorably with the condos we rented over the previous 3 years at Vail, all of which cost $200 more per night. Our only complaint had to do with the bed linens (provided by the unit owner, not the management company), which was too large for the purpose. It kept pulling loose, leaving us to sleep on the bare mattresses. I'm confident that we'll be back at Park Station in the years to come. But next time, we'll ask for a unit with bedding that provides a "better fit."
