About the property

Terrific location near Park City Mountain's Town Lift and the excitement of Main Street, this condo is great for up to 6 people. One parking space is also provided. It's easy to enjoy skiing, dining, shopping and nightlife when it's right outside your door! You can jump on the free town shuttle to explore Deer Valley Resort, Canyons Village and all of the area's activities and attractions.

The main bedroom features a king bed, 32" flat screen TV, comfy chairs and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds that convert to a king bed with advanced notice, and it has its own flat screen TV. The living room has a sofa sleeper and there's a second full bath convenient to the bedroom and living area.

There's a full kitchen that is open to the dining area with its table seating 6. The living room has comfy furniture around the wood burning fireplace and 42" flat screen TV. The sliding door leads to a private patio that borders the creek and walking path.

The complex features include free wi-fi, coin-op laundry, parking, elevator, outdoor hot tub and pool in winter/summer and an indoor hot tub and sauna in winter months. Park City Mountain's Town Lift generally opens the third weekend of December, please check with the resort for current status and updates. Moderate rating.

  • Cribs and rollaway beds are available for an additional charge.

We highly recommend purchasing the $49 damage protection that covers up to $3,000 in accidental damage to the property.

Booking & Cancellation Policies

BOOKING POLICIES

Park City Lodging requires a minimum stay of two nights (summer) and three nights (winter) and some properties MAY require a stay of four or more nights.

A 40% deposit will be charged when booking, and the remaining balance will be automatically charged 45 days prior to arrival. Full payment will be charged when booking if a reservation is made within 44 days of arrival. There is a $50 change fee for any revisions to a reservation after receipt of the deposit and we do not allow nights to be dropped less than 30 days prior to arrival.

Please note, we are pleased to extend a 24-hour complimentary cancellation window allowing you to cancel your reservation without penalty once a deposit is received.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

Cancellations made 45 or more days prior to arrival forfeit $300 or deposit if less than $300. Cancellations made between 44 - 30 days of arrival forfeit deposit. Cancellations received within 29 days of arrival FORFEIT FULL PAYMENT. No refunds will be given for late arrivals or early departures.

Great proximity to the PCR town lift, just one block, and to me, this was the most essential element. No need for a car, buses to Canyons, etc stopped right outside the condo. Hot tub was close to room and spacious. Service was excellent. Two bathrooms was key. Price was very competitive. Downsides: beds were just ok, the room was old, very 80's with a lot of brown on tan decor. A little banged up, kitchen sparsely equipped, but completely adequate for me and my three ski buddies needs. All in all, I'd do it again, great place. Just don't plan any dinner parties.
