With a complimentary town-wide shuttle stop right outside of the property, you can explore even more of what Park City has to offer.

The attractive kitchen, showcasing new cabinets and quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar, provide all the essentials to prepare a home-cooked meal and is perfect for mingling with family and friends. The dining table offers seating for six and the breakfast bar has seating for four.

The cozy living room invites guests to relax on plush furnishings and watch the large flat-screen TV or crackling wood-burning fire. Enjoy the view through the large sliding doors that lead to a private patio with a table and four chairs –perfect for al fresco dining.

The sleek and comfortable bedroom offers a new king-size bed and mattress, stylish décor, and flat-screen TV. A full bathroom is conveniently located between the bedroom and living area. The second bedroom offers two new queen-size beds and mattresses, well-appointed furnishings, flat screen TV, and a full en suite bathroom.

Park Station complex amenities include a newly constructed outdoor heated pool and hot tub in the winter and summer months, an indoor hot tub and sauna in Building 2 for guests to enjoy, free wi-fi, elevator, laundry facility, and parking for one car. Park City Mountain's Town Lift generally opens the third weekend of December, please check with the resort for current status and updates. Moderate Plus rating.

  • Cribs and rollaway beds are available for an additional charge.

  • Terms include a No Tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, parties, or disturbing neighbors.

We highly recommend purchasing the $55 damage protection that covers up to $3,000 in accidental damage to the property.

Booking & Cancellation Policies

BOOKING POLICIES

Individual property nightly minimums and restrictions apply.

A 40% deposit will be charged when booking, and the remaining balance will be automatically charged 45 days prior to arrival. Full payment will be charged when booking if a reservation is made within 44 days of arrival. There is a $50 change fee for any revisions to a reservation after receipt of the deposit and we do not allow nights to be dropped less than 30 days prior to arrival.

Please note, we are pleased to extend a 24-hour complimentary cancellation window allowing you to cancel your reservation without penalty once a deposit is received.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

Cancellations made 45 or more days prior to arrival forfeit $300 or deposit if less than $300. Cancellations made between 44 - 30 days of arrival forfeit deposit. Cancellations received within 29 days of arrival FORFEIT FULL PAYMENT. No refunds will be given for late arrivals or early departures.

Amazing stay. Park City Lodging are incredible Hosts, communicative, clear and concise. The condo is everything that was advertised. Proximity to Main Street is literally across the road. Definitely recommended and would stay again. Thank you

The Park Station location is very convenient to Park City's Main Street and the Transit Center where you can get buses ( did not use) , rent E-bikes ( recommend!), and for a nice hike -Gamble Oaks (trail head just 1/2 mile up hill), and Deer Valley ( 1 mile walk)! Unit 216 worked well for an adult couple, and as a gathering place for other family who had rented rooms in Park Station. While the living/dining rm./kitchen area is very spacious, the bedroom is a bit tight with 2 beds ,difficult access to the closet and limited drawer space.
