An ideal location, just a short walk to Park City Mountain's Town Lift and Main Street, this stunningly redesigned condo comfortably sleeps up to 8! One parking space is also provided. It's on the free area shuttle route to access Deer Valley Resort, Canyons Village, Utah Olympic Park and all of Park City's activities and entertainment.

Park Station 213 offers a chic main suite with 2 queen beds and a 27" TV and a sleek and spa-like full private bath. The guestroom has a sumptuous king bed and a 19" TV/DVD. There's a brand new sleeper sofa in the living room and another exquisite full bath.

The stylish living room features ample seating gathered around the large screen TV and the cozy wood burning fireplace, perfect for relaxing with family and friends after the day's adventures. The full chef's kitchen has everything you need to prepare and serve snacks and meals. The superb dining area, with comfortable seating for 6 at the dining table and 3 at the breakfast bar, is open to the kitchen and the living room. Outside there's a small private patio facing the courtyard and pool.

Enjoy Park Station's amenities which include elevator access, common laundry facility, seasonal hot tub and outdoor heated pool in winter/summer and indoor hot tub and sauna in winter. Park City Mountain's Town Lift generally opens the third weekend of December, please check with the resort for current status and updates. Deluxe rating.

  • Laundry Detergent is NOT Supplied
  • Complimentary first-morning coffee, coffee filters, and small single-use salt and pepper shaker supplied. NO other food products will left in the property for your health and safety.
  • Cribs and rollaway beds are available for an additional charge.
  • NO Pets

We highly recommend purchasing the $49 damage protection that covers up to $3,000 in accidental damage to the property.

Booking & Cancellation Policies

BOOKING POLICIES

Park City Lodging requires a minimum stay of two nights (summer) and three nights (winter) and some properties MAY require a stay of four or more nights.

A 40% deposit will be charged when booking, and the remaining balance will be automatically charged 45 days prior to arrival. Full payment will be charged when booking if a reservation is made within 44 days of arrival. There is a $50 change fee for any revisions to a reservation after receipt of the deposit and we do not allow nights to be dropped less than 30 days prior to arrival.

Please note, we are pleased to extend a 24-hour complimentary cancellation window allowing you to cancel your reservation without penalty once a deposit is received.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

Cancellations made 45 or more days prior to arrival forfeit $300 or deposit if less than $300. Cancellations made between 44 - 30 days of arrival forfeit deposit. Cancellations received within 29 days of arrival FORFEIT FULL PAYMENT. No refunds will be given for late arrivals or early departures.

Condo has been updated and is very nice. Beds and linens are nice, plenty of towels. Kitchen had everything we needed. Walking distance to Main Street. Definitely will stay again.

My two daughters and I so enjoyed our weekend stay in Park City! This unit was a great location to walk to visit the many great places - boutiques, restaurants, etc.! The Management Company was great to work with too!

We loved this condo and will definitely come back. The location is ideal being so close to Main Street. The condo itself was beautiful, beds were very comfortable and the whole unit was extremely clean. It was perfect for us- 2 kids ( 9 & 11 yrs) and my husband & I. It was a fantastic summer trip!

A hidden gem. I had my three granddaughters with me and this place was perfect. Swimming pool was right outside the unit and perfect. Walking to Main Street was very convenient and no need to get in the car. We stayed two nights and had a great time. Booking, check-in, and communication was professional and kind. Highly recommend and I will return for a future visit

The room where I stayed was spacious and well decorated. It was close to the lift and if you say where you are staying they will keep your skis and poles. The bus stopped in front of the condos!
