About the property

Located just a block from Park City’s Main Street, this fresh and spacious condo very comfortably sleeps 6. One parking space is also provided. You're just steps away from Park City's renowned Main Street and its many restaurants, shops and galleries, as well as Park City Mountain's Town Lift. The free area bus stops right outside the complex, just hop on for easy access to Deer Valley Resort, Canyons Village and all of the area's many activities and attractions.

The main bedroom features a king bed as well as an en suite bathroom with a double vanity. The second bedroom has two twin beds and there's a sleeper sofa in the living room. There's a full bath convenient to the second bedroom and living room area.

The full chef's kitchen has everything you need for preparing and serving meals and the gracious dining table has seating for 6.

The tasteful decor throughout the condo is a mix of distinctive art and delightful vintage ski pieces, and the living room features plush, modern furnishings. Complete with a wood burning fireplace, it's perfect for relaxing after a long day out on the mountain. There's a private balcony, great for taking in the fresh mountain air and beautiful mountain vistas.

The Park Station complex offers a heated outdoor pool alongside two outdoor hot tubs. For those particularly chilly winter days, Park Station also offers an indoor hot tub and sauna. There is a beautiful picnic area complete with charcoal barbecues. Park City Mountain's Town Lift generally opens the third weekend of December, please check with the resort for current status and updates. Deluxe rating.

We highly recommend purchasing the $49 damage protection that covers up to $3,000 in accidental damage to the property.

Booking & Cancellation Policies


Park City Lodging requires a minimum stay of two nights (summer) and three nights (winter) and some properties MAY require a stay of four or more nights.

A 40% deposit will be charged when booking, and the remaining balance will be automatically charged 45 days prior to arrival. Full payment will be charged when booking if a reservation is made within 44 days of arrival. There is a $50 change fee for any revisions to a reservation after receipt of the deposit and we do not allow nights to be dropped less than 30 days prior to arrival.

Please note, we are pleased to extend a 24-hour complimentary cancellation window allowing you to cancel your reservation without penalty once a deposit is received.


Cancellations made 45 or more days prior to arrival forfeit $300 or deposit if less than $300. Cancellations made between 44 - 30 days of arrival forfeit deposit. Cancellations received within 29 days of arrival FORFEIT FULL PAYMENT. No refunds will be given for late arrivals or early departures.

Perfect for a family of 4! Easy access to Main St, easy parking, easy all around! Great building and pool, top floor unit with elevator. Plenty of towels and kitchen supplies. We were so happy there for 10 days in the summer! Tips: bring an Apple TV and an eye mask

We loved our stay at Park Station! The location was perfect. We were able to walk to Main Street and it was easy to get out and over to Canyons too. The trail behind the condos was great for morning walks! Bring a Roku or smart TV stick - the TV is just cable. Thanks Park City Lodging!

great location + cozy rental



My friends and I really enjoyed our stay—the condo is in the heart of downtown PC, and easy access to shops, restaurants et al. Our one tiny cleaning concern with one of the showers was addressed promptly. Thanks for the hospitality!

Amazing air bnb! Highly recommend staying here if you want to be walkable you Main Street. It was an easy check in / check out, amazing location and beautiful unit. We plan to come back at some point in the future!

unit was very clean



We had a great stay! The unit was VERY clean and that made us feel safe during these covid times. The pool was a highlight for the kids, for sure. Can’t beat the location!

Love this room! We've stayed at a lot of different units at the Park Station and this one had the best kitchen by far. We always stay at the Park Station in Park city due to it's perfect location and really friendly staff. My only complaint would be the noise from the road. If you're a light sleeper this room isn't for you. My kids didn't even notice.

lovely condo in the perfect location



My girl friends and I stayed here mid august. We arrived after the office had closed so when we had a difficult time finding our condo we had to call maintence. They helped us out right away but we had already been looking for a half hour or so. We would have liked a detailed map of where our condo was. That was the only hiccup. Our condo was fabulous! The beds were all comfortable includin the hide-a-bed from Crate and Barrel. The decor was tasteful and there was lots of natural light. We had all the dishes we needed. There was a fan in the master bedroom which was needed at night to cool us down but all the other rooms were cool enough on their own. The bathrooms and showers were also great. The location was amazing! I didn't realize how close we were to everything until we had settled in. Right across the street was where the Park Silly market started and the trolley stopped. This is also where Main Street is with all the shops and restaurants. The pool and hot tub were nice. I will definitely be back and would recommend this condo to a friend.

lovely condo, great location



Great location. We were only in town 2 days but we were able to see and do a lot in a short time. Walking distance to great shops and restaurants. We walked to the fireworks show at the PC Mountain Resort. Paved walking trail immediately behind the complex. Very nice condo with all the needed amenities. We watched the 4th of July parade from our balcony.

perfect family vacation



We stayed March 24-31 at Park Station 147. The location was perfect - close to main street, close to the town lift. We walked (with a stroller) everywhere, we never needed our car (other than for groceries but you could order them). The people were friendly - our room was perfectly clean. It was the perfect lodging for a one year old to crawl around. Everything was safe and clean. We had the best time - highly recommended. We even rented a full crib and higchair - they were on the older side but they worked perfectly. Only downside was the hot tub didn't open until 4pm. Wish it would have been open around noon.

1. Great condo, well equipped. Close to town, bus, PC Resort Skiing. 2. Two couples stayed. We enjoyed the condo. Appreciated having Tv's and Cable in the beadrooms. 3. Internet enabled us to work also and stay in touch with our offices. 4. Condo was clean and everything working. A great value for the money spent. We are already planning a return trip sometime next year. 5. Condo staff was helpful. We had 22 others stay in other condo units. They provided nice guidance on ease of getting from one point to another.
