About the property

Just a block from Park City’s Main Street, this inviting condo comfortably sleeps 6. One parking space is also provided. It's and easy walk up to Main Street for world class dining and shopping, or to catch Park City Mountain's Town Lift and hit the slopes. The free area shuttle bus stops just outside the complex; step on to access all the activities and attractions in Park City, Deer Valley, Canyons Village and beyond!

The main bedroom features a beautiful log king bed and an en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed. There's a second full bath and a twin sleeper sofa in the living room.

The big, bright kitchen is open to the dining and living room area, making it easy to engage with family and friends as you prepare a hearty meal. The dining table seats 6 and the lush leather furniture surrounding the wood-burning fireplace and the large TV makes it perfect for cozying up after a long day enjoying the outdoors. The private balcony is perfect for catching a breath of fresh mountain air.

The Park Station complex offers a heated outdoor pool alongside two outdoor hot tubs. For those particularly frosty winter days, Park Station offers an additional indoor hot tub. There is a beautiful picnic area complete with charcoal barbecues.

Park Station amenities include free wi-fi, coin-op laundry, outdoor pool and hot tub in winter/summer, indoor hot tub and sauna in winter, and parking. Park City Mountain's Town Lift generally opens the third weekend of December, please check with the resort for current status and updates. Deluxe rating.

We highly recommend purchasing the $49 damage protection that covers up to $3,000 in accidental damage to the property.

Booking & Cancellation Policies

BOOKING POLICIES

Park City Lodging requires a minimum stay of two nights (summer) and three nights (winter) and some properties MAY require a stay of four or more nights.

A 40% deposit will be charged when booking, and the remaining balance will be automatically charged 45 days prior to arrival. Full payment will be charged when booking if a reservation is made within 44 days of arrival. There is a $50 change fee for any revisions to a reservation after receipt of the deposit and we do not allow nights to be dropped less than 30 days prior to arrival.

Please note, we are pleased to extend a 24-hour complimentary cancellation window allowing you to cancel your reservation without penalty once a deposit is received.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

Cancellations made 45 or more days prior to arrival forfeit $300 or deposit if less than $300. Cancellations made between 44 - 30 days of arrival forfeit deposit. Cancellations received within 29 days of arrival FORFEIT FULL PAYMENT. No refunds will be given for late arrivals or early departures.

This is out second time staying at Park Station and we enjoyed our stay.

This condo has a great location at the north end of downtown Park City. It was easy to walk to the chair lift and shops/restaurants. The condo itself has a bit of a rustic theme. It is not new, but is nice. It was a bit musty initially, but turning off the A/C and opening windows helped a lot. The owners must be into yoga, as there was a yoga basket (mat, massage bar, racquetball, etc.) in the unit. We got more use out of the pool and large outdoor hot tub, which we really enjoyed. The indoor hot tub and laundry were closed while were were there, but we didn't need either. We'd recommend the owners add some cups/glasses (maybe plastic so they can be used by the pool), but we used the coffee cups (there are plenty) and that worked. We'd stay again if we make it back to UT. Thanks!

We really enjoyed our stay. The space was clean and very functional. The kitchen is well stocked for basic cooking. The location is fabulous- a very short walk to Main Street and biking distance to Deer Valley. The condo pool was wonderful as well. Our only criticism would be that we found the beds to be very uncomfortable. All in all it was a great stay and we would stay there again

Our stay at Park Station 140 was the best. Our check-in process went very smoothly. All of our questions about the Park City area were answered by each staff person. The unit worked out well for our family, providing the space and convenience we needed to cook a few meals instead of eating out all the time. It was very convenient to walk to Main Street from the condo. A good experience overall.

Stayed 5 nights at Park Station. Unit had everything we needed. Walk to lifts and to town - can't beat it Hot tub was nice too We had one issue come up - we ran out of firewood, and I received a less than optimal answer from the on-site person at the desk in the lobby. One call to Shane and the issue was resolved There is always the chance that something is not right - the strength of a company is how they handle it. They made it right. Great Service ! We will rent again through Park City Lodging.
