About the property

Outstanding location just one block from Park City's vibrant Main Street and Park City Mountain's Town Lift! It's an easy stroll to the restaurants, galleries, shops, and clubs on historic Main Street and the free town shuttle provides quick access to Deer Valley Resort, Canyons Village, and other area attractions. One parking space is also provided.

This inviting condo accommodates up to 6 guests. The main bedroom has a comfortable king bed, a flat-screen TV, and an en suite bathroom with a new walk-in tiled shower (photos coming soon). The second bedroom offers two twin beds, that can be converted to a king-size bed with 24-hours advance notice, and a flat-screen TV and a second shared bathroom offers a bathtub and shower combination. The sofa sleeper in the living room provides additional sleeping accommodations.

The living room provides a cozy place to hang out next to the fireplace and flat-screen TV. While the large sliding glass door draws your attention to the views outside and balcony with seating for two. The full kitchen is open to the living room area and the dining table with seating for 6. It's the ideal setting for your Park City experience!

Park Station amenities include an elevator, laundry facility, parking, outdoor pool, hot tub in winter/summer, and an indoor hot tub and sauna in the winter season. Park City Mountain's Town Lift generally opens the third weekend of December, please check with the resort for current status and updates. Moderate Plus rating.

House Rules

  • Equipped with linens, dish/hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and paper supplies.
  • Laundry Detergent is NOT Supplied
  • Complimentary first-morning coffee, coffee filters, and small single-use salt and pepper shaker supplied. NO other food products will left in the property for your health and safety.
  • Cribs and rollaway beds are available for an additional charge.
  • NO Pets

We highly recommend purchasing the $49 damage protection that covers up to $3,000 in accidental damage to the property.

Booking & Cancellation Policies

BOOKING POLICIES

Park City Lodging requires a minimum stay of two nights (summer) and three nights (winter) and some properties MAY require a stay of four or more nights.

A 40% deposit will be charged when booking, and the remaining balance will be automatically charged 45 days prior to arrival. Full payment will be charged when booking if a reservation is made within 44 days of arrival. There is a $50 change fee for any revisions to a reservation after receipt of the deposit and we do not allow nights to be dropped less than 30 days prior to arrival.

Please note, we are pleased to extend a 24-hour complimentary cancellation window allowing you to cancel your reservation without penalty once a deposit is received.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

Cancellations made 45 or more days prior to arrival forfeit $300 or deposit if less than $300. Cancellations made between 44 - 30 days of arrival forfeit deposit. Cancellations received within 29 days of arrival FORFEIT FULL PAYMENT. No refunds will be given for late arrivals or early departures.
