About the property

Just one block from Town Lift for easy access to Park City Mountain and the amazing dining, galleries, shops and nightclubs on Main Street is perfect for up to 6 people. One parking space is also provided. The free town shuttle provides easy access to Deer Valley Resort and Canyons Village and all of the area's exciting activities and entertainment.

The main bedroom has a king bed and private bathroom. The second bedroom offers two twin beds. There's also a sleeper sofa in the living room, and a second full bath.

The full kitchen is open to the dining area and living room. With a dining table for 6 along with a cozy fireplace and comfy furniture, it's a perfect place to spend time together gearing up for a day on the slopes or winding down after day exploring.

Park Station amenities include free wi-fi, elevator, laundry facility, and an indoor hot tub and sauna. Park City Mountain's Town Lift generally opens the third weekend of December, please check with the resort for current status and updates. Moderate rating.

PLEASE NOTE: This property is located next to the courtyard. The courtyard areas, including the outdoor pool and outdoor hot tub, will be closed for renovation from mid-April, immediately following the closure of the ski resorts, through the fall of 2025. Please note that construction may take place between the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Monday-Saturday. Thank you for your understanding as we make these improvements.

  • Cribs and rollaway beds are available for an additional charge.

We highly recommend purchasing the $49 damage protection that covers up to $3,000 in accidental damage to the property.

Booking & Cancellation Policies

BOOKING POLICIES

Park City Lodging requires a minimum stay of two nights (summer) and three nights (winter) and some properties MAY require a stay of four or more nights.

A 40% deposit will be charged when booking, and the remaining balance will be automatically charged 45 days prior to arrival. Full payment will be charged when booking if a reservation is made within 44 days of arrival. There is a $50 change fee for any revisions to a reservation after receipt of the deposit and we do not allow nights to be dropped less than 30 days prior to arrival.

Please note, we are pleased to extend a 24-hour complimentary cancellation window allowing you to cancel your reservation without penalty once a deposit is received.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

Cancellations made 45 or more days prior to arrival forfeit $300 or deposit if less than $300. Cancellations made between 44 - 30 days of arrival forfeit deposit. Cancellations received within 29 days of arrival FORFEIT FULL PAYMENT. No refunds will be given for late arrivals or early departures.

I had a reservation at another place and called your representatives at Park City Lodging. Your reservation team was so helpful. I described what I was looking for and I believe it was Laurie who said I should stay at Park Station Condos. The location was exactly what I was looking for. It was such a great walk to the town lift, restaurant, and shops on Main Street. Trudy helped me with booking and during our stay I was assisted with any of my questions from Will, Ryan, and I believe Katie. The unit had everything we needed in it and your staff was so helpful and accommodating. Thanks for making our trip to Park City so great. We’ll definitely be back.

My family and I spent a week at Park Station 124. The condo is very clean and has a very nice layout. Plenty of space for my family of four. An added bonus was the humidifiers they provided which were invaluable to the quality of our stay. The unit is within walking distance (a short walk) to the town of Park City and the town lift. We rented equipment at the base of where the town lift is and we were able to store skis and boards there every night which was very convenient. We would definitely stay in this unit again!
