About the property

Located just a block from Park City’s Main Street, this freshly updated two bedroom condo sleeps up to 7 guests. One parking space is also provided. Park Station condos offer unique access to the many attractions that make Park City a renowned mountain resort town. Walk up to Main Street for world class restaurants, galleries and shopping, and Park City Mountain's Town Lift. The bus stops just outside the complex; hop on to go virtually anywhere in the Park City area.

The main bedroom features a king bed and an en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed and there's a sleeper sofa in the living room, making it perfect for a family getaway.

The living room is welcoming with plush furniture, a cozy wood burning fireplace and a large screen TV. The open floor plans includes a dining table for 6 and a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing and sharing meals. There's also a private patio, leading out to the fresh mountain air and pristine mountain vistas.

The Park Station complex offers a heated outdoor pool in the summer alongside the two outdoor hot tubs. For those particularly frosty winter days, there's an additional indoor hot tub. There is a beautiful picnic area complete with charcoal barbecues. Park City Mountain's Town Lift generally opens the third weekend of December, please check with the resort for current status and updates. Moderate Plus rating.

  • Laundry Detergent is NOT Supplied
  • Complimentary first-morning coffee, coffee filters, and small single-use salt and pepper shaker supplied. NO other food products will left in the property for your health and safety.
  • Cribs and rollaway beds are available for an additional charge.
  • NO Pets

We highly recommend purchasing the $49 damage protection that covers up to $3,000 in accidental damage to the property.

Booking & Cancellation Policies

BOOKING POLICIES

Park City Lodging requires a minimum stay of two nights (summer) and three nights (winter) and some properties MAY require a stay of four or more nights.

A 40% deposit will be charged when booking, and the remaining balance will be automatically charged 45 days prior to arrival. Full payment will be charged when booking if a reservation is made within 44 days of arrival. There is a $50 change fee for any revisions to a reservation after receipt of the deposit and we do not allow nights to be dropped less than 30 days prior to arrival.

Please note, we are pleased to extend a 24-hour complimentary cancellation window allowing you to cancel your reservation without penalty once a deposit is received.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

Cancellations made 45 or more days prior to arrival forfeit $300 or deposit if less than $300. Cancellations made between 44 - 30 days of arrival forfeit deposit. Cancellations received within 29 days of arrival FORFEIT FULL PAYMENT. No refunds will be given for late arrivals or early departures.

Perfect location near Towne lift. This condo is on the first floor and has up-to-date furnishings. Forth trip to Park City and this is the best for the price.

Park Station is the perfect location at Park City- walk to town and town lift- free bus service right infront of the condo. Unit 113 was spacious, clean and had updated kitchen and bathrooms. Flat screen TVs were a plus !! Bedroom lights were a bit problematic for bedtime reading. A matched set of dishes would be nice - with a few more wine glasses- As it was spring like weather- we sat out on the patio in rather shabby chairs... Very generous closet space! Great front desk service!!! My son broke his snowboard toe binder and could not find anyone at the bottom of the Park City slope to fix it. The front desk returned my husband's call for help and then made the arrangements for my son to get the help he needed. All in all a terrific vacation!
