With a gourmet chef's kitchen complete with high-end appliances overlooking the dining and living areas, the conversation will flow while entertaining or relaxing after a day in the mountains. Après at home with the main dining area offering seating for ten, the breakfast bar seating five, and a comfortable sectional in the connecting living room with a queen sleeper sofa for additional sleeping arrangements. Watch the snowfall from the floor-to-ceiling windows throughout the condo or soak in Park City’s famed bluebird skies. The living area is finished with hardwood floors, a flat-screen tv, a wood-burning fireplace, a bar fridge, and relaxing views to complete the space. A second kitchenette and living area offer even more space to spread out, providing your group additional privacy and relaxation with added seating for six.

Lowell 402’s sleeping accommodations offer more than enough space and privacy with four bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, and a bonus living space and kitchenette. Three of the guest rooms are furnished with king-sized beds, en suite bathrooms, and only the finest linens and furnishings. The kids will adore sleepovers on repeat in the final bedroom that boasts three extra-long twin beds, all with tucked-away trundle beds. Lowell 402 provides luxurious, comfortable sleeping accommodations for up to 14. One main suite even has an attached private office/den with a flat-screen tv and queen sleeper sofa. The property includes an additional full bathroom, a powder room, a private washer and dryer, underground garage parking and common BBQ grill by pool deck.

Booking & Cancellation Policies

BOOKING POLICIES

Park City Lodging requires a minimum stay of two nights (summer) and three nights (winter) and some properties MAY require a stay of four or more nights.

A 40% deposit will be charged when booking, and the remaining balance will be automatically charged 45 days prior to arrival. Full payment will be charged when booking if a reservation is made within 44 days of arrival. There is a $50 change fee for any revisions to a reservation after receipt of the deposit and we do not allow nights to be dropped less than 30 days prior to arrival.

Please note, we are pleased to extend a 24-hour complimentary cancellation window allowing you to cancel your reservation without penalty once a deposit is received.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

Cancellations made 45 or more days prior to arrival forfeit $300 or deposit if less than $300. Cancellations made between 44 - 30 days of arrival forfeit deposit. Cancellations received within 29 days of arrival FORFEIT FULL PAYMENT. No refunds will be given for late arrivals or early departures.

The Lowell totally exceeded our expectations during our recent ski trip in Park City. Not only is the Lowell the absolute best location to the ski slopes, the unit was beautiful, quiet, and comfortable. On top of the unit being amazing, Park City Lodging was incredibly responsive and helpful with my questions as we prepared for our Park City visit. They always responded immediately and handled any questions we had with a helpful response. I highly recommend the Lowell and Park City Lodging and would absolutely stay there again!

We had a great time on our Ski Trip! Location was perfect, and the condo was plenty spacious. With 2 entry ways each family was able to keep their ski gear in their own areas which made getting ready for the day so much easier. Overall both families loved the accommodation, we'd definitely go back!

I cannot say enough good things about Park City Lodging! The ease of booking, the service, and the actual property we stayed in was amazing. The check-in and check-out process was super easy. We stayed in the Lowell 402 unit and it was BEAUTIFUL! I used it for my wedding day to get ready and then stayed the weekend. It was close to Main Street and all the restaurants and Park Silly Market. There were 2 living rooms and a big kitchen. Definitely recommend booking through Park City Lodging! I know we will be again.

This property was perfect for our family which totaled 11 including 6 adults and 5 kids. Loved the bedroom layout, proximity to lift, hot tub/pool/fitness. Park City Lodging was awesome and very responsive and Heleena in concierge office did an outstanding job of arranging dinner reservations and transportation to a day of fun at Woodward park. Overall incredible value and experience.
