Stunning! Our newest ski-in/ski-out* luxury condo in Canyons Village is the perfect destination for large groups and families wanting high-end comfort while being close to everything that Park City has to offer. With more than enough room for up to 12 guests, your group has easy access to skiing, shopping, dining, golfing, hiking, and more.

Each of the four bedrooms provides guests with elevated comfort, inspiring mountain views, and private bathrooms for maximum luxury. Three bedrooms include heavenly king sized beds, while the fourth is a bunk room sure to become the kids’ favorite hangout. The main bedroom suite also includes a gas fireplace and a lovely private deck; perfect for a quiet cup of coffee with the sunrise or touching base with work before the day starts.

The kitchen is fully appointed and is a chef’s dream. It is open to the living and dining areas to provide community while whipping up a gourmet meal (or warming take out.) An oversized dining table seats 10 with additional seating at the breakfast bar. The gracious living space offers ample seating (including sleeper sofa), a gas fireplace, large screen TV, and gorgeous views of the mountain. This property also offers a dedicated workspace to allow for those Zoom calls in between ski runs.

As amazing as the interior space is, the real wow factor is the massive, private deck! The covered space offers an incredible outdoor kitchen, ample seating, cozy firepit, mounted TV, and great views of the slopes for the perfect Après Ski (or golf, or hiking…) experience.

The property includes incredible ski-in/ski-out access with ski lockers on the first floor and the base of Sunrise Lift literally steps away. Also included with this property is access to other high-end amenities offered, including the heated outdoor pool, two hot tubs, steam room, fitness center, Kid's room and Teen's room, underground parking, and much more. We also provide optional daily housekeeping and complimentary concierge services to make your vacation to Park City even more extraordinary. It truly is a vacationer's paradise in terms of luxury and location, making it a must-stay for families and large groups looking to vacation in supreme style and sophistication.

  • Laundry Detergent is NOT Supplied
  • Complimentary first-morning coffee, coffee filters, and small single-use salt and pepper shaker supplied. NO other food products will left in the property for your health and safety.
  • Cribs and rollaway beds are available for an additional charge.

We highly recommend purchasing the $49 damage protection that covers up to $3,000 in accidental damage to the property.

Booking & Cancellation Policies

BOOKING POLICIES

Park City Lodging requires a minimum stay of two nights (summer) and three nights (winter) and some properties MAY require a stay of four or more nights.

A 40% deposit will be charged when booking, and the remaining balance will be automatically charged 45 days prior to arrival. Full payment will be charged when booking if a reservation is made within 44 days of arrival. There is a $50 change fee for any revisions to a reservation after receipt of the deposit and we do not allow nights to be dropped less than 30 days prior to arrival.

Please note, we are pleased to extend a 24-hour complimentary cancellation window allowing you to cancel your reservation without penalty once a deposit is received.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

Cancellations made 45 or more days prior to arrival forfeit $300 or deposit if less than $300. Cancellations made between 44 - 30 days of arrival forfeit deposit. Cancellations received within 29 days of arrival FORFEIT FULL PAYMENT. No refunds will be given for late arrivals or early departures.

The condo is amazing – it is HUGE and the views are incredible. Being able to walk 15 steps and be on a lift is a huge convenience, as well as being able to ski right down to the front door. We cooked steaks one night, and me being a charcoal guy I was a little nervous about using the gas grill…but I was WRONG – I got that puppy up to 700F and flash seared them medium rare in 3-4 minutes with incredible char/crust….some of the best steaks I have ever had!

We traveled to Park City/The Canyons for a long weekend in January. We had the privilege of staying in Lift Park City - Unit 601 on the top floor. This is an absolute first class property. We have traveled to many of the luxury mountain resort properties in the US, and this place takes it to a new level. The location is the best in the Park City/Canyons resort with true ski-in/ski-out access plus easy access to the Village and restaurants. Usually with ski-in/out you have one or the other, but not both conveniences. The minute you arrive in the lobby and our greeted by the very friendly staff, you know you are in a good spot. Quick elevator ride and short walk in the hall brings you to 601. You walk into a large end unit with high ceilings, elegant yet comfortable furnishings, tons of space, plus everything is brand new. Huge kitchen with everything you need plus lots of room to entertain. Next you want to check out the huge deck which is crazy. Outdoor kitchen with bar height seating, flat screen TV, lots of additional sofa/lounge seating, fire pit, LED lighting. View is incredible. Enjoy "Apres Ski" on a new level. This property would be perfect for two families with all the kids or an adult trip with plenty of room. You won’t be disappointed in 601. Did I mention it has a Pop a Shot game?

We recently stayed in the Lift Condo 601 and had the best experience. Everything was perfect from the moment we stepped in the lobby. The front desk staff was extra friendly checking us in and showing us to the ski lockers and pool. Access to the Sunrise lift made it extremely easy to get on and off the mountain, with only a few steps from it to our lockers and condo. The proximity to shops and carry out meals gave us so much extra time to ski and relax. We had a group of 7 (3 adults/4 energetic kids) and had plenty of space to spread out. Each adult had a bedroom with amazing beds and TV's, and the kid’s got their own bunk room also with a TV. The kids had plenty to keep them entertained – snowboarding, sledding, swimming, etc. And grilling out on the deck was amazing! We highly recommend the Lift and unit 601 specifically. Can't wait to go back.
