About the property

Much of the allure of a Park City vacation stems from Park City’s charming historic district. High Peak on Park Avenue is perfectly situated steps from Historic Main Street and Park City Mountain’s Town Lift*. Visitors to this home enjoy more than 2,800 square feet of elegantly designed living space with three bedrooms, three bathrooms and several common areas providing spacious comfort for up to eight guests.

High Peak was built in 2009 and designed to entertain. Vaulted ceilings on the main floor are complemented by hardwood and granite throughout. The chef’s kitchen is complete with a Wolf gas range, Sub-Zero refrigerator, wine cooler, and top-of-the-line appliances. The open floor plan includes a breakfast bar with seating for four and a dining table that seats eight.

Watch Park City come to life each evening from the private rooftop patio and hot tub, or head to the lower level game room that even the most discerning teen will adore.

High Peak offers three luxurious private bedrooms with sleeping for up to eight. The top floor main bedroom is suite-like, filled with windows and natural light, includes a plush king bed and fireplace with views overlooking Park City’s historic residential district. The main bedroom bath has his and her vanities, a rainfall shower, and a soaking tub.

The upstairs guest bedroom provides access to the rooftop patio and includes a king bed and an en suite bathroom.

The third bedroom, located on the lower level, includes two queen beds and an en suite bathroom.

The lower level is a haven for guests of all ages with a 75” TV, Foosball table and space to gather, relax and play.

A luxury Park City vacation rental wouldn’t be complete without ample space and equipment for Park City’s many outdoor pursuits. The garage, with parking for one car, includes a commercial boot and glove warmer, ensuring each day starts with a smile. It's steps away from the free town shuttle with easy access to Deer Valley, Canyons Village, and all that Park City has to offer. Complimentary daily housekeeping during the winter season.

Booking & Cancellation Policies

BOOKING POLICIES

Park City Lodging requires a minimum stay of two nights (summer) and three nights (winter) and some properties MAY require a stay of four or more nights.

A 40% deposit will be charged when booking, and the remaining balance will be automatically charged 45 days prior to arrival. Full payment will be charged when booking if a reservation is made within 44 days of arrival. There is a $50 change fee for any revisions to a reservation after receipt of the deposit and we do not allow nights to be dropped less than 30 days prior to arrival.

Please note, we are pleased to extend a 24-hour complimentary cancellation window allowing you to cancel your reservation without penalty once a deposit is received.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

Cancellations made 45 or more days prior to arrival forfeit $300 or deposit if less than $300. Cancellations made between 44 - 30 days of arrival forfeit deposit. Cancellations received within 29 days of arrival FORFEIT FULL PAYMENT. No refunds will be given for late arrivals or early departures.

We stayed at 817 Park Avenue for a long weekend. Everything about the home was spectacular. Every last detail was attended to. The beds were exceptionally comfortable. Everything is right outside the front door. The reservation service picked answered all calls immediately for a few questions we had. This was a great property that I would love to stay at again. I would feel comfortable renting any of Park City Lodging’s properties given their excellent customer service.

best location in town

Could not imagine a better location in town. It is essentially ski in ski out. The town lift is directly across the street. High West Distillery & Saloon (the nation's only ski-in distillery) was right next door. They were serving hot cider outside and delicious food and drink inside. Everything else is walkable. No need for a car. But if you had one like we did, there is garage parking for 2 vehicles in the unit. The house was setup perfectly. Would comfortably sleep 2 families. Very nice amenities. And the property management team could not be more accommodating. I could not say enough nice things about the property management team led by Tia and Katie. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This is a great house with a perfect location across from the town lift. Hot tub was amazing for apres ski and the steam shower was a nice surprise. It is decorated beautifully and the kitchen is well equipped. We got great recommendations for dinner and lunch from the concierge across the street. We spent 3 nights but would have loved to spend a week!

We traveled to Park City with 10 friends for our college teammates wedding and could not have been happier with this rental. Trudy and the team were incredibly helpful allowing us to check in early and stay later to accommodate our flights. The house is the perfect location - walkable to coffee shops, restaurants and hiking trails. Definitely recommend to others!!
