My friend and I stayed in this studio over the weekend to ski- it was just what we needed. Easy access to town and skiing, just enough space at a good price. Park city lodging also allowed us to check our luggage in their office ahead of being able to check in to our room.

In the center of Main Street. Clean, small condo on 3rd floor of a well kept building. Shops on 1st floor. Easy front side walk out to Main Street or more shops and public parking on the back side. Small kitchen has what you need We made use of the coffee machine, fridge and microwave. (Bring your own coffee/creamer etc). Other reviews mention noise on main but it wasn't a bother for us over the 4th of July... even with a window open. Room was hot when we first checked in but cooled (slowly) with AC turned on. For a stay in a condo in the price range as offered this experience was in line with expectations and we're satisfied. It should be mentioned that communication with the property managers is excellent. No reason to contact them but they made sure we knew they were there for us if needed.

Property is small, nice and functional, just as advertised. (It's not a luxury property). Love being on Main, walking distance to ski lift as well as restaurants and bars. Can hear a bit of street noise on weekend nights, but it's to be expected, you're on Main!!

Unit 307 the Galleria is in a terrific location on mid-Main Street in old town Park City, you can walk everywhere, including 1 block to the Town ski lift, a huge convenience and never lift lines there to get onto the mountain. Behind the building is the main shuttle station to all the resorts, great! The unit is attractively furnished with a nice kitchen and bathroom and a comfortable murphy queen bed. It overlooks Main St. and the mountains beyond. The only things I'd suggest to make it better is a new, larger, flatscreen TV, a new, larger shower head (this one's small and flimsy)and a new sofa as this one is kind of ratty looking, but certainly acceptable. I've stayed in several units at the Galleria, all pretty nice, I'd stay in this one again, and it's a good value considering prices in Park City.

good unit. The murphy bed superior to a night & day which always has the crease in the middle of the mattress.
The garbage disposal system is unsatisfactory - you have to walk outside to the next block to put out your garbage: there should be a large bin for it in the basement of the building.
We are pleased that you enjoyed your stay at Galleria 307 and hope that you will come back and stay with us again. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience of garbage disposal but because the property is in the historic district of town available space is at a premium.

Great location on Main St.- walk to lift. Main bus station is across the street also for the Canyons and Deer Valley.
We had a one bedroom and a studio condo. Everything was okay but they are not luxurious and are showing some aging - the couches could use updating. But the price is right and the location is great.
I would stay here again.

The location was excellent.
I had limited cable (i.e., I could not find common stations such as Espn or the Weather Channel on my TV).

The unit was comfortable and the perfect size for me and my husband. We enjoyed the location on main street. Close to restaurants, shops, and art galleries, with a short walk to the town lift or shuttles going to other areas around Park City. We have stayed in the Galleria before but always rented a one bedroom. The studio was a pleasant surprise with it's full sized kitchen and bath which were stocked with the necessary items.
We would definitely rent this one again.
