Nestled against the hillside with no neighbors behind - it offers a peaceful retreat to return to with a private hot tub on the back deck and mountain vistas to revel in.

The living room draws you in with a wall of floor-to-ceiling windows framing the peaks, comfortable leather furnishings, a gas-burning fireplace, and a flat-screen TV. The home chef will enjoy the well-equipped kitchen and can mix and mingle in the open concept space. The dining room table has seating for 6 and the breakfast bar seating for 4.

The three guest rooms comfortably sleep up to 6 guests. A spacious main suite offers a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, en suite bathroom with separate water closet and bathtub/shower combination, walk-in closet, and fine furnishings. The second bedroom offers a twin over a full bunk bed, the third bedroom a queen bed and both have nice furnishings and TV’s. Best of all, the second and third rooms have large sliding glass doors leading to a private balcony with a hot tub! A shared bathroom with a bathtub and shower combo is in the hallway and offers a sink outside the doorway for added convenience.

Additional amenities include a central A/C for summertime use, a full bathroom off the living area, a two-car garage, a spacious mudroom with a bench and plenty of hooks for equipment storage, a private washer and dryer, and a window air conditioning unit in the main suite for the summer.

  • Complimentary first-morning coffee, coffee filters, and small single-use salt and pepper shaker supplied. NO other food products will left in the property for your health and safety.
  • Cribs and rollaway beds are available for an additional charge.

We highly recommend purchasing the $49 damage protection that covers up to $3,000 in accidental damage to the property.

Booking & Cancellation Policies

BOOKING POLICIES

Park City Lodging requires a minimum stay of two nights (summer) and three nights (winter) and some properties MAY require a stay of four or more nights.

A 40% deposit will be charged when booking, and the remaining balance will be automatically charged 45 days prior to arrival. Full payment will be charged when booking if a reservation is made within 44 days of arrival. There is a $50 change fee for any revisions to a reservation after receipt of the deposit and we do not allow nights to be dropped less than 30 days prior to arrival.

Please note, we are pleased to extend a 24-hour complimentary cancellation window allowing you to cancel your reservation without penalty once a deposit is received.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

Cancellations made 45 or more days prior to arrival forfeit $300 or deposit if less than $300. Cancellations made between 44 - 30 days of arrival forfeit deposit. Cancellations received within 29 days of arrival FORFEIT FULL PAYMENT. No refunds will be given for late arrivals or early departures.
