About the property

This convenient and spacious townhome is the perfect location to explore Park City any time of year. You can hop on the Rail Trail steps from the front door to access miles of biking and hiking trails, it’s just a few minutes' drive to world-class ski resorts, and it’s an easy walk to Prospector Square where you’ll find restaurants, shops, and a stop for the complimentary town shuttle.

The three-level townhome offers three bedrooms, a large den, and three and a half bathrooms. With sleeping arrangements for up to 9 guests, your group can vacation in style and comfort.

On the inviting main level, easily prepare a bite to eat in the well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops while mingling with friends and family in the open concept space. Gather around the dining table with seating for eight or the kitchen island with seating for two to enjoy a meal. The living room invites guests to relax on leather furnishings around a gas burning fireplace or catch a show on the 65” flat screen TV with cable TV. Large sliding glass doors lead to a deck perfect for enjoying après ski around the table for four or grilling up your favorite dinner on the gas grill while taking in the picturesque views.

Three bedrooms upstairs provide a quiet retreat for a restful night’s sleep. The main suite offers a luxurious king-sized bed, 48” TV, access to a private deck, and en suite bathroom with jetted bathtub, separate walk-in shower, and double sinks. The second bedroom offers a comfortable queen-sized bed, a twin-sized bed, and a 55” TV. The third bedroom offers two twin-sized beds that can be made into a king-sized bed with 24 hours advanced notice and a 36” TV. A shared bathroom in the hall has a bathtub and shower combination.

On the lower level, the den offers hours of fun with an 86” TV, a large sectional sofa perfect for everyone to watch a movie, gas fireplace, pool table that can be converted to a ping pong table, and patio access where you can soak in a private hot tub. The kids will love the twin bunk beds in the den and a bathroom located off the den with a bathtub and shower combination for added convenience.

Townhome amenities include luxurious linens, a washer and dryer on the main level, DVD players, cable TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a private two-car garage, two gas fireplaces, five TVs, a BBQ gas grill, hairdryers in the bathrooms, a brand new 10 cup Keurig Coffee Maker, and a brand new private hot tub.

We highly recommend purchasing the $49 damage protection that covers up to $3,000 in accidental damage to the property.

Booking & Cancellation Policies

BOOKING POLICIES

Park City Lodging requires a minimum stay of two nights (summer) and three nights (winter) and some properties MAY require a stay of four or more nights.

A 40% deposit will be charged when booking, and the remaining balance will be automatically charged 45 days prior to arrival. Full payment will be charged when booking if a reservation is made within 44 days of arrival. There is a $50 change fee for any revisions to a reservation after receipt of the deposit and we do not allow nights to be dropped less than 30 days prior to arrival.

Please note, we are pleased to extend a 24-hour complimentary cancellation window allowing you to cancel your reservation without penalty once a deposit is received.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

Cancellations made 45 or more days prior to arrival forfeit $300 or deposit if less than $300. Cancellations made between 44 - 30 days of arrival forfeit deposit. Cancellations received within 29 days of arrival FORFEIT FULL PAYMENT. No refunds will be given for late arrivals or early departures.

Our family of six adults enjoyed five nights here in summer. Quiet location, close to downtown and trails, with multiple levels for spreading out. Clean property with comfortable beds/bedding. Pool table was a real hit and appreciated the grill and laundry. Kitchen has plenty of dishes/utensils, tiny S&P, but will need to pick up seasonings, oil, foil, etc. Bedroom over garage warmer than the rest. Would definitely stay here again!

The property was fantastic. Just as advertised on VRBO with very helpful contacts that would answer calls in a timely manner if you had any questions. I would stay here again. Wonderful location and a short walk to a bus stop for those looking for mountain access without having to drive into town.

This is an excellent and quiet cul-de-sac location right next to rail trail, walks, hikes and biking. The place is about a mile from the restaurants and town center, a quick bike ride or a nice walk and you don't always need a car. The home is just what you want with all the amenities and well-stocked kitchen. Great for families, sleeps 9 and the beds are very comfortable. The hot tub is perfect to help you recover after a long day in nature.

It was our first trip to Utah and we had a blast. The dual family rooms were perfect for kids and adults to spread out, but also great spaces to gather together. It was my first time in Park City and I fell in love with this magical place. We were there for a girl friend’s reunion. Our accommodations were extraordinary. The rooms and bathrooms spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable! The upstairs living space was cozy with a beautiful fireplace and downstairs spacious and comfy for lounging and watching movies with a big screen TV. The kitchen was open with an island that was perfect for conversation. We loved the beautiful view and location—ideal for walks and hiking along with nearby restaurants. We definitely plan to make this an annual visit. Thank you!!

I just stayed in this wonderful mountain oasis for a reunion with a few girlfriends. What a lovely place to get away and get recharged. This home has all the charm and coziness of a mountain chalet but also has plenty of space to spread out when you want some solitude. The main living area is warm and inviting with a great fireplace as it’s focus.— a perfect gathering place The dining area opens on to a balcony with large glass doors that let you enjoy the view of beautiful trees and mountains There’s a very large basement game/entertainment area equipped with a full size pool table and a giant flat screen TV—a perfect place for movie night or to watch sports and an excellent place for the kids to hang out. The furnishings are attractive and very comfortable. The beds are super comfortable as are the soft linens provided. We only cooked one meal but the kitchen was well enough equipped to make almost anything. We caught the first snow of the season and were grateful for the garage parking. The home is clean and very well maintained. I would love to come back with my family.

Peace. Tranquility. The perfect well-appointed place to stay in Park City. I loved the location – close to town but away from the busyness. The home is spacious with lots of room for everyone. Beds super comfy, loved the hot tub and pool table and the deck overlooks the rail trail, a perfect place for a ride or walk. I’ll be back… and soon!

As soon as the garage door opened and then we walked into the main floor of the townhouse, we saw the kitchen and the living area making our way to the deck. We were in awe - the design of the furnishings is so comfortable and elegant at the same time with a fireplace adding to the wonderful atmosphere! What a great layout that has all you need as soon as you walk in! There are 3 bedrooms upstairs, all with a separate TV, 2 full bathrooms and another deck outside the master bedroom. We also spent time on the bottom floor where we played pool and ping pong. Quite the entertainment area with a TV, patio and bunk beds along with a full bathroom. You can easily sleep 9, 10 people - family or friends and never have any concerns as it's so spacious! If you come for skiing in the winter, it is so easy to drive to the slopes or even a great selection of restaurants. We rented in the summer and felt this is so worth the money with all the hiking outside our door plus a park for all ages. We truly feel if you are planning on renting a place for skiing in the winter or even just experiencing the beauty and peaceful nature hikes, riding bikes or so many summer sports, this is definitely the townhouse to rent.
