Rhonda Cannard Sideris is the Founder and President of Park City Lodging. Since making Park City her home in 1976, she has not only witnessed the evolution of this historical and charming town, but has also actively participated in helping create a tourist desti-nation that has seen years of increased visitation and exponential growth.

Before becoming a licensed real estate broker and founding Park City Lodging, Inc. (formerly R&R Properties) in 1984, Rhonda owned and managed two restaurants and a catering business. These business ventures were catalysts for helping her become a successful business owner, offering insight into future en-deavors and a sincere appreciation for the travel and hospitality industry.

In 1984, Rhonda recognized the need for professional vacation rental management in an up and coming ski vacation destination. As an entrepreneur with a handful of properties, she began what is now Park City Lodging.

Rhonda currently serves as president of the executive board for the Historic Park City Alliance and sits on the executive board for the Park City Chamber. In the past she served on the Park City Area Lodging Association Board of Directors, International Marketing Advisory Committee, Marketing Council, Travel and Tourism Advisory Committee, the Strategic Planning Committee, and completed the exclusive Park City Leadership 2000 course.

Rhonda has a passion for everything and anything Park City. She is dedicated to helping foster the continued success and evolution of Park City as a travel destination and as a great place to live.
