About the Property: Park Avenue 401 is a 1600 square foot, 2.0 bathroom, single family home that’s sits on a 1,742 sqrft lot. Built in 1901 this property held onto its historical charm but features all modern appliances and decor. The main floor features dark rich wood floors and an inviting stone fireplace. The kitchen uses white granite countertops and white subway tile to create a breath taking cooking area. With dining for 6, guest can opt to dine in which is ideal for small groups and families. The guest bedroom is located on the first floor with a twin/twin bedding arrangement.

The master bedroom is located on the second floor with a king bed, 42” TV, and resting area for 2. The hallway leading to the Master bedroom nestles a trundle bed and reading nook. An entertainment system can be found nearby with a 36” TV. The shared master bath features his and her sinks, white granite counter tops, and stainless steel accents. The shower includes a beautiful white subway tile pattern, natural bench, and mason work accents.  Other amenities include private washer, dryer, and private parking for 2.

Our Opinion: We love this home nearly as much as we adore the location. With quick access to Main Street and Park City’s Town Lift, it’s possible for guests to ski onto Main Street via the Home Run ski trail. In the summer mountain biking is out your front door. For those looking more towards the R&R portion of the trip, Main Street features over 100 restaurants, bars, and art galleries. Not to forget Park Avenue 401 includes a private hot tub on the back deck.
