Online reservations are now available for Fireside Dining and The Mariposa. Reservations are requested. Although daytime seated dining is available on a first-come, first-served basis, parties of eight or more are encouraged to make reservations in advance. Reservations can be made at 435-645-6632, Monday through Friday, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Deer Valley Grocery - Cafe Deer Valley Grocery~Café serves fresh roasted coffee and espresso drinks, soups, chili, salads made with local seasonal ingredients, panini sandwiches, creative appetizer and entrée specials, freshly baked breads, desserts, cakes and other items.
The Brass Tag The Brass Tag restaurant, located in the Lodges at Deer Valley, serves dinner during the winter and summer seasons. Enjoy a selection of fine Italian cuisine either at your table or to-go, including ravioli, gnocchi, brick-oven pizza and more.
Royal Street Cafe Located in the Silver Lake Lodge, Royal Street Café offers creative American and international cuisine with scenic deck dining. Menu options include creative appetizers, delectable sandwiches, Deer Valley’s Turkey Chili, fresh salads and specialty entrées, and a tempting assortment of desserts.
The Mariposa Enjoy an evening of memorable dining in the rustic elegance of The Mariposa, located in Silver Lake Lodge. Deer Valley Resort’s premier restaurant offers a blend of classic and current cuisine, including vegetarian and gluten-free options.
Fireside Dining located in Empire Canyon Lodge, offers favorites from the European Alps in the mountains of Deer Valley. The alpine-inspired menu features four courses, including a guest favorite, raclette cheese, served from stone fireplaces. Winter only, reservations required.

Fresh Tracks Kitchen Fresh Tracks Kitchen in Snow Park Lodge is open daily during the winter season for breakfast, lunch and après-ski with an emphasis on healthful cuisine. Specialty cocktails, beer, wine, assorted cold beverages, and coffee drinks are also available.
