The Brass Tag The Brass Tag restaurant in the Lodges at Deer Valley offers dinner service during the summer and winter seasons. Royal Street Cafe and Bar Located mid-mountain at Silver Lake Lodge, Royal Street Café offers inspired lunch with scenic deck seating and sweeping mountain views. The menu blends bold American flavors with global influences, featuring guest favorites like Poke Tower, citrus-brine chicken wings, Sticky Finger Brisket Fries, Deer Valley Turkey Chili, fresh seasonal salads, signature sandwiches, and Steak Frites.

Fireside Dining located in Empire Canyon Lodge, offers favorites from the European Alps in the mountains of Deer Valley. The alpine inspired menu features four courses, including the guest favorite, raclette cheese, served from stone fireplaces. Specialty cocktails and a full bar are available, as well as specially selected wine and imported beer to complement our cuisine. Reservations are required.
Call to reserve a horse-drawn sleigh ride, available Wednesday through Sunday, for $50 (up to 6 guests). Access the Empire Canyon Lodge easily by car via Marsac Avenue. Complimentary evening valet parking is provided, as no public parking is available.

Snow Park Restaurant Snow Park Restaurant, located inside Snow Park Lodge, is open daily during the winter season for breakfast, lunch, and après-ski. Breakfast is served from 8 to 10:30 a.m., featuring healthful options such as oatmeal, cereals, fruit, and fresh bakery items, along with classic breakfast entrées including eggs Benedict, omelets, huevos rancheros, pancakes, biscuits and gravy, and a selection of juices and coffee drinks.
Lunch is available from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., offering fresh salads, soups, chili, ramen, globally inspired rice bowls, smash burgers, sandwiches, and more. The open, cafeteria-style setting features walk-up stations with face-to-face interaction with chefs, plus a diverse selection of sides, sweets, snacks, and a kids’ menu. Beer, wine, assorted cold beverages, and coffee drinks are also available.
After a great day of skiing, join us for après-ski from 2:30 to 5:30 p.m. on the second floor. Enjoy a tempting selection of appetizers and snacks, along with specialty cocktails, cold beer, and wine, with indoor seating available as well as on the expansive outdoor decks.
