The Notch Pub

Nestled in the foothills of the Uinta Mountains, just a 25 minute drive from Park City, you can find Collie’s BBQ at The Notch Pub.

Families can now join us out here at The Notch! Any patrons under 21 years of age can join us in our family room, immediately adjacent to the bar entrance!
