Grappa

Chimayo
Festive lighting, wrought iron detail, Southwestern throw pillows in each booth and an authentic Mexican tile floor create this fabulous illusion. Start with a signature Chimayo Margarita, a local’s favorite. Don’t miss the dipping sauce that’s served with the fresh baked bread. Favorites include the Crown Roast of Barbecue Spareribs with a chipotle and caramelized pineapple glaze served with buttermilk whipped potatoes and Dos Equis beer-battered onion rings.

Pine Cone Ridge
Bill White’s newest restaurant and bar concept established in 2022, serving elevated contemporary American cuisine on historical Main Street in Park City, Utah. The menu focuses on farm fresh ingredients, thoughtfully curated menu by Chef Gudrun Thorne-Thomsen, and a variety of craft cocktails and extensive wine lists from around the globe. A reimagined dining room surrounded by nuances of Americana artwork, emerald green tufted booths, Brazilian hardwood flooring, and a one-of-a kind ambiance and service.

The Bakery aspires to be more than simply the finest bakery in Park City. Ghidotti's
Ghidotti’s blends old world Roman with a lively Mediterranean vibe. In an effort to revive his mother’s cooking traditions, owner Bill White re-created some of the dishes on the menu from the childhood memories she shared. Ghidotti’s is perfect for a romantic evening out, a large family gathering, a casual meal in the lounge, or even a popular meal-to-go.

Sushi Blue
With an eclectic, contemporary atmosphere and an inventive range of cuisines, Sushi Blue is the ideal location for a relaxing meal at traditional tatami tables, or grab a seat at the beautiful sushi bar complete with flat screens.

Billy Blanco's
Complete with cars and motorcycles on hoists, a 50-seat bar made of toolboxes and more, you’ll feel like you’re in a real working garage at Billy Blanco’s. On the menu, you’ll find an array of tavern and roadhouse Mexican food choices from barbecued ribs, fried chicken and mashed potatoes, to tasty tacos and delicious enchiladas.
