Park City Lodging, Inc. Celebrates 30th Year in Business, Voted “Best in Park City” in 2013

PARK CITY, Utah – August, 2013 – Park City Lodging, Inc. will celebrate its 30th anniversary during the 2013-14 ski season. In conjunction with hitting our 30-year milestone, Park City Lodging, Inc. is honored to accept the 2013 award for “Best Property Management Company” in Park City, Utah, by readers of The Park Record.

Formerly R&R Properties, the company began when Rhonda Sideris, founder and president of Park City Lodging, Inc., discovered a need for quality vacation rental management in the growing resort community in 1984. Rhonda worked by herself during her first year of business to care for and rent out a small number of properties. When her inventory ballooned to nearly 20 homes she hired 3 new employees to be in charge of maintenance, accounting and housekeeping. Today, Park City Lodging, Inc. employs 70 people during high-season winter months.

Over the years, Park City Lodging, Inc. filled needs in many property niches, from selling real estate and managing long-term rentals, to providing vacation rental management services throughout all of greater Park City. Ten years ago, Park City Lodging, Inc. made the decision to streamline its business offerings both in scope and geography. Currently the company provides vacation rentals, second home owner services and homeowner’s association management in Park City’s three resort areas: Canyons, Deer Valley and Park City Mountain. “I wanted to be the very best vacation rental management company in town, so I had to let go of a few things,” says Sideris.

Focusing on these three niches within resort areas has led Park City Lodging, Inc. to the number one place it is today. “People believe in us, they trust us,” says Sideris, “I have an owner who has been with me for 29 years-and guests who have been staying with us equally as long. That’s something our entire team is very proud of.”
