About the Property: 820 Park Avenue Condominium’s prime location combines exceptional convenience and mountain access in addition to the vibrant Main Street community. 820 Park Avenue is located steps from the Town Lift for lift access to Park City Mountain Resort, the United States largest ski resort. It’s fitting that the residences’ premium amenities are on par with their incomparable location. These two units may be rented individually or together since they share a private hallway.
820 Park Avenue Unit #203 is a 3-bedroom, 4-bathroom unit features a breathtaking kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances and gas range. With seating for 6 around the custom dining table and 4 at the counter, dine in after a long day skiing or riding. The living room is anchored by a large fireplace and surrounded by large windows that accordion to one side. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, private bath and private balcony. Both guest bedrooms have two twins that can easily be converted into king beds.
820 Park Avenue Unit #204 is a 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom unit that boasts breathtaking views of Park City Mountain Resort. This property, much like its sister property, has the unique feature of accordion windows that allow the living room to completely open up. The open layout with a high-end kitchen is perfect for entertaining while taking in Park City’s beautiful mountains. The master bedroom has a King bed and luxurious bathroom. The two guest rooms feature flat screen TVs and beds that configure as either a king or two twins.
Elevators provide entry to residences on the second floor, opening to semi-private foyers that eliminate the need for long hallways in the building. Guests will enjoy private underground parking, an extremely rare and valuable amenity in downtown Park City. And a ski prep lounge offers plenty of secure storage for equipment as well as a comfortable, warm place to put on jackets and boots. Crowning the building is an extensive rooftop deck with a hot tub and lounge seating perfect for soaking in the winter’s sunsets, listening to summer’s quaking aspens, stargazing, or watching the town’s traditional Fourth of July fireworks show. Premier rating.
Our Opinion: There is no better location in Park City. There… we said it. With an entrance connected to Town Lift and beautiful, uninterrupted views of Park City Mountain Resort this property is the place to be. Main Street—and many of Park City’s award winning restaurants—are just steps away. Powder hounds and night owls can both rejoice as 820 Park Avenue’s location has it all.
Our Advice: Take advantage of this property’s unique feature to sleep up to 12 people comfortably. Few places, if any, on the Town Lift Plaza can accommodate this many people through one shared, private entrance. Every family has their own traditions when it comes to the holidays. For many Park City locals traditions usually revolve around skiing, dining, and annual events. Below are some of our favorite family holiday traditions.
Tradition #1: Ski Opening Day- It’s not the ski conditions that matter. It’s the fact that winter is here and you’re back on the snow. Round up your posse and ski a couple runs and kick back and enjoy live music at Park City’s Legacy Lodge or grab a quick drink and fries at the Pig Pen or Corner Store. If you’re dedicated enough try and get the first chair.

Tradition #2: Ski On Thanksgiving- Forget the Turkey Bowl and go skiing. Take a few runs and work up an appetite for the Annual Thanksgiving Harvest Buffet at Canyons Grand Summit Hotel in the Kokopelli Ballroom. Stuff your belly with Molasses Brined Roast Turkey, High-West Whisky and Maple Glazed Ham, and Herb and Garlic “Emberred” Prime Rib. Try to keep your jaw off the table and give thanks for the opportunity to share a great experience with family and friends.

Tradition #3: Attend the Park City Electric Light Parade- Now that Thanksgiving is over, the turkey has been roasted and left overs devoured, the holiday season has begun. The Electric Light Parade signals the start of winter and is a great excuse to decorate your car and have a fun night out on the town. Park City comes alive and offers a great excuse to dine on Main Street. For a great view and a comfortable atmosphere try to get a table near the street level windows at Shabu, Bandits Bar & Grill, or Flanagans.

The event takes place on Saturday, December 19th on the Town Lift Plaza. Beginning at 5 pm there will be plenty of cookies, hot chocolate and holiday cheer to pass around.

This year the tradition is turning 53. Bring your family and friends together for a night of music, dancing, cookies, hot cocoa and holiday cheer at the Park City Base Area. Watch hundreds of skiers and snowboarders serpentine down Home Run as they create a beautiful torchlight performance.
