About the Property: Lakeview 2016 is a 1295 square foot, 2 bed 2.0 bath, single family home built in 1983 and has everything going for it. We love the exposed wood beams, lofted ceilings, and dark granite counter tops in the kitchen. In the winter stoke the wood burning fireplace for an authentic mountain vibe. Our Opinion: Style is so much more than the way something looks. It’s an air, persona, a way of life. There are those that have it, and those that don’t. A dreamy escape for both winter and summer Lakeview 2016 is like your story book cottage with the views to match. With a lake resting at the foot of PC Hill the surrounding scenery is on point year round.
