Margot Taplett
Snow Flower General Manager
We welcome Margot Taplett back to Snow Flower as the new General Manager. Margot has a rich background in customer service, with extensive experience in hospitality, community association management, and resort property management. She previously worked with Snow Flower in 2005 and 2014, and has also contributed her expertise to projects with Johnson Controls Design and Construction Services Project Management team, as well as private developments properties in Washington DC, Park City, and Taos, New Mexico.
Margot studied Fine Arts at the School of Visual Arts in New York City and has a deep passion for creative arts, including oil painting. She enjoys skiing, swimming, horseback riding, and exploring different cultures through travel. Her global experiences include living and studying in Copenhagen, London, New York, and Washington DC, and traveling extensively throughout Scandinavia, Russia, the United Kingdom, Europe, and the United States.
A proud mother of two adult children who also work in hospitality, Margot brings a wealth of experience and passion to her role at Snow Flower.
