The grand open-concept living area makes enjoying the company of your friends or family a breeze. Easily prepare a meal in the well-equipped chef’s kitchen while mingling around the waterfall island with seating for four or enjoy the dining table with seating for eight. The bedrooms, located upstairs, will sleep up to eight guests. The main suite is a stunning retreat, with a king-size bed, gas fireplace, spectacular views through oversized windows, 55” Smart TV, and stylish finishes. For your comfort, a spacious en suite bathroom provides two vanities, a deep soaker tub, a walk-in shower, a private water closet, and a walk-in closet. The second and third bedrooms, each with a private en suite bathroom and 55” Smart TV, provide ample privacy for a restful night’s sleep. The second bedroom offers a king-size bed and the third bedroom offers a queen-size bed and a sleeper sofa.

Booking & Cancellation Policies

BOOKING POLICIES

Park City Lodging requires a minimum stay of two nights (summer) and three nights (winter) and some properties MAY require a stay of four or more nights.

A 40% deposit will be charged when booking, and the remaining balance will be automatically charged 45 days prior to arrival. Full payment will be charged when booking if a reservation is made within 44 days of arrival. There is a $50 change fee for any revisions to a reservation after receipt of the deposit and we do not allow nights to be dropped less than 30 days prior to arrival.

Please note, we are pleased to extend a 24-hour complimentary cancellation window allowing you to cancel your reservation without penalty once a deposit is received.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

Cancellations made 45 or more days prior to arrival forfeit $300 or deposit if less than $300. Cancellations made between 44 - 30 days of arrival forfeit deposit. Cancellations received within 29 days of arrival FORFEIT FULL PAYMENT. No refunds will be given for late arrivals or early departures.

Beautiful new townhouse in lower canyons village. 5 minute walk to the Cabriolet. Very well equipped kitchen. Bright, comfortable and elegant home.

We stayed at this magnificent, brand new 3-bedroom condo at the base of Canyons Mountain. It has an impeccable interior, high ceilings and top of the line kitchen appliances. A great place for family or friend getaways. Minutes to the center of town and shops. I highly recommend this condo without reservation.

We stayed at 1884 Stone Hollow Court for a long weekend over the summer and it was lovely. Such a nice location. Walking distance to The Canyons village. about 100 yards from the weekly Canyons farmers market. 5 minutes walking distance from the Cabriolet gondola, so we’ll have to come back for the ski season. We rented bikes and it was a few minutes away from a beautiful bike path that led to a local park and another farmers market. The park had a basketball court, tennis courts and pickleball courts. All such nice condition. The condo was perfect, everything was in perfect working condition and clean. Great water pressure by the way! We had our own private hot tub with views of the Utah mountains! Our kids loved it there. They played catch on the adjacent street, it is a private little community so safe from cars etc. We didn’t swim in the pool but there were a bunch of families there the day we left. Plenty of space and privacy for us and the kids. So glad we found this gem! We can’t wait to go back for ski season!
