About the property

Easy walking distance to Park City Mountain's Town Lift and vibrant Main Street, this sleek and efficient condo very comfortably sleeps 4. One parking space is also provided. The area's free shuttle stops right out front for easy access to Deer Valley Resort, Canyons Village, the Utah Olympic Park and all the exciting activities and entertainment.
There are two twin beds in the updated bedroom, and an adjacent full bathroom. There's also a sleeper sofa in the living room.

The ample kitchen is fully equipped for all your meal prep and service. The dining table seats 6. Comfy furniture surrounds the warm wood-burning fireplace - the perfect place to gear up for the day's adventures and relax after a day of fun.

Park Station amenities include free wireless internet, elevator, laundry facility, hot tub and outdoor heated pool in winter/summer and during winter only, an indoor hot tub and saunas. Park City Mountain's Town Lift generally opens the third weekend of December, please check with the resort for current status and updates. Economy rating.

Booking & Cancellation Policies

BOOKING POLICIES

Park City Lodging requires a minimum stay of two nights (summer) and three nights (winter) and some properties MAY require a stay of four or more nights.

A 40% deposit will be charged when booking, and the remaining balance will be automatically charged 45 days prior to arrival. Full payment will be charged when booking if a reservation is made within 44 days of arrival. There is a $50 change fee for any revisions to a reservation after receipt of the deposit and we do not allow nights to be dropped less than 30 days prior to arrival.

Please note, we are pleased to extend a 24-hour complimentary cancellation window allowing you to cancel your reservation without penalty once a deposit is received.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

Cancellations made 45 or more days prior to arrival forfeit $300 or deposit if less than $300. Cancellations made between 44 - 30 days of arrival forfeit deposit. Cancellations received within 29 days of arrival FORFEIT FULL PAYMENT. No refunds will be given for late arrivals or early departures.

A very short walk to the foot of Main Street and to the transportation hub. Clean upon arrival. Clear communication with management. Nice pool and hot tub. Road noise was a bit loud with the slider open but otherwise this was a great vacation rental.

This place was exactly as advertised, it's not the most swanky place but everything is nice and beds are comfortable! Plenty of towels. Nice heated outdoor pool and hot tubs. Indoor hot tub not as nice but not bad, sauna was so so. On-site parking was nice and always kept clear. On-site laundry didn't get used by us but was nice to have if needed. There's a vending machine in the lower level that comes in handy if you're aching for a snack The location is awesome. You're just two blocks from Town lift and all the restaurants, shops and bars along Main and Park. Starbucks is maybe 7 tenths of a mile down Park. Self check-in is as easy as knowing your 4 digit code ...however you have to remember three different codes one for the front door one for your door and one for the pool ...not too high a price to pay for awesome convenience. ; )
