A: No. We do not supply laundry detergent. If you are staying at Park Station or Edelweiss there is laundry detergent available for purchase at the front desk. Because of liability reasons, we do not provide salt and pepper or any other condiments in any of our properties. We do however provide your first morning’s coffee.
Q: Does my property have air conditioning?
A: Park City is a mountain town, and generally cools off at night. For this reason, most of our properties were not built with air conditioning. However, we do have a number of properties that have central air. Please contact one of our destination specialists to find out for sure whether your property has air conditioning. We also have fans available for use during your stay in Park City and are happy to deliver them to your property if you so choose.

You may also purchase liquor, wine and beer at the Deer Valley Grocery Cafe or at High West Distillery. Stores are open Monday-Saturday with varied hours. You can purchase alcohol at High West on Sunday. All state liquor stores are closed on holidays. Beer is available for purchase at all grocery and convenience stores.

A: There are more than 400 miles of trails in Park City. We have Mountain Trails Foundation maps available for a $5 donation at our front desks. Q: Where can I purchase lift tickets and rent equipment?
A: The best lift ticket deals are typically found in advance, direct from the two ski resorts. Click here for more lift ticket information. We partner with local businesses to offer our guests great deals on ski rental equipment. Ski Butlers, Aloha, and Park City Sport are our preferred rental partners. Please click here to order your rentals online, or call us and we will be happy to arrange rentals for you prior to your arrival.
Q: Is there a Visitor Center nearby where I can find out about other area activities?
A: Our front desk staff is very knowledgeable about the area and can tell you about activities, special events, rental equipment, and special promotional offers that we’ve negotiated for our guests. Additionally, the Park City Chamber & Visitor’s Bureau is located just a few blocks from our check-in office at 1910 Prospector Avenue.
Q: My property has limited or no parking, where can my friends or other members of my group park?
A: Historic Main Street is a charming district that was largely built in the late 1800s, before cars were abundant, so vehicle parking is extremely limited. We recommend that you take advantage of our airport transportation deals and free town bus service. If you must bring a vehicle, there are several pay parking lots that offer daily and weekly rates: Diamond Parking – Main Street. Please note that during festivals and special events, these lots fill up quickly, so parking is not guaranteed.
