At Park City Lodging, Inc., we specialize in managing condominiums, town homes and private homes in and around Park City. Our larger homes feature beautiful and comfortable living and dining rooms which can be suitable for executive retreats and small group sessions. We also offer meeting spaces at two of our condominium complexes for smaller groups. These spaces are ideal for hosting reunions, breakout sessions, cocktail receptions, breakfasts, etc. Our conference rooms are very competitively priced and conveniently located just steps from Historic Main Street and walking distance to Park City Mountain Resort.
Most room configurations are available from lecture style to banquet or classroom style and we provide the tables, chairs and linens. You may bring in your own food/liquor, decorations and equipment. We partner with Wasatch AV for all your audiovisual needs and are happy to recommend caterers and florists. A highly cost effective option for small, private events.
- Park Station: located at 950 Park Avenue, can accommodate up to 70 guests in 1,100 square feet.
- Edelweiss-Haus Condominiums: located at 1482 Empire Avenue, can accommodate up to 40 guests in 650 square feet.
Other Meeting Spaces
If you require a larger meeting space at a local hotel, it is still possible to enjoy the greater comforts of staying in a condominium or home for your accommodations. This provides your attendees with amenities such as kitchens, living and dining rooms, outdoor decks, and private hot tubs which would not be available in a hotel setting.
