There’s always a party in Park City, and New Years Eve is no exception. With great skiing, outstanding restaurants and tons of fun activities, Park City is the perfect place to ring in 2015! Here’s five tips on how to having a rocking Park City New Years Eve.
1. Spend the Day on the Slopes
There’s no better way to spend the final day of 2014 than on the slopes of one of Park City’s three amazing resorts. Park City Mountain Resort, Deer Valley Resort and Canyons Resort will all have holiday activities, but we recommend Canyons because its Park City New Years Eve celebration starts in the afternoon.
2. Enjoy the Canyons Resort New Years Eve Celebration
Get an early start on your Park City New Years Eve with the Canyons Resorts New Years Eve Celebration, which runs from 3-8 p.m. in the Canyons Resort Village. This family friendly event features live music, sleigh rides, a Torchlight Parade and a massive fireworks display.
This event is perfect for families with children who don’t want to stay up until midnight to enjoy all of the Park City New Years Eve fun!
3. Eat New Years Dinner at one of Park City’s Great Restaurants
No Park City New Years Eve is complete without dinner at one of Park City’s many outstanding restaurants. For a fine dining experience, check out Riverhorse on Main or Silver, and if you’re coming from the Canyons celebration, head to the Edge Steakhouse, one of the highest-rated restaurants in Park City that’s conveniently located in the resort village.

4. Find a Party on Main Street
Get to the center of all of the Park City New Years Eve action by heading to Main Street as the countdown starts to 2015. Main Street’s many bars and clubs will all be hosting New Years events, so you’ll have no shortage of options!
