About the Property: Lakeview 2016 is a 1295 square foot, 2 bed 2.0 bath, single family home built in 1983 and has everything  going  for it. We love the exposed wood beams, lofted ceilings, and dark granite counter tops in the kitchen. With an impressive gas range, massive cooking surface, and open floor plan entertaining guest should be on everyone’s to-do list. In the winter stoke the wood burning fireplace for an authentic mountain vibe. Even though the living room has a large 51” flat screen TV we have a feeling the lake view and surrounding scenery through the sliding glass doors will steal the show.

With a single floor layout and expansive living/dining area Lakeview 2016 has a comfortable cottage vibe. Both master bedroom and guest bedroom flank the living room providing plenty of privacy. Guests who stay in the master bedroom have access to the back deck and dreamy lake views and rolling foot  hills. Enjoy your morning coffee in your own mountain oasis. The master bedroom includes a king bed and 30” wall mounted flat screen TV. The guest bedroom features a queen bed and 30” TV. Both guest and master bathrooms include granite countertops and stone flooring.

Our Opinion:  Style is so much more than the way something looks. It’s an air, persona, a way of life. There are those that have it, and those that don’t. A dreamy escape for both winter and summer Lakeview 2016 is like your story book cottage with the views to match. With a lake resting at the foot of PC Hill the surrounding scenery is on point year round.
