Utah Liquor Laws
Utah Liquor Laws ~ Park City Liquor Stores
July 2009: Utah’s liquor laws have been modified to eliminate the previous requirement to be part of a private club and have a membership to order a drink in a restaurant or bar.
For alcohol purchases, you are able to buy 3.2% beer in grocery and convenience stores. Liquor, wines, and stronger beers can be purchased at a state liquor store.
Utah has a system of state liquor stores. The largest one in the Park City area is in front of the Park City Market, just off Hwy 224 (Park Avenue). There is also a liquor store out at Kimball Junction.
